They look and feel like the ones I carried in the military. They feel durable, the double lock worked like it should. I would recommend them, however I only used them on my grandkids. 10-16 years old. And only one cuff so they didn't get hurt.

Bought these handcuffs in 2016 and now it’s 2021 about to be 2022 and still use them everyday on shift. Easy to put on in a subject in a hurry and very sturdy. They have not failed me and I have 100% trust in these for years to come. After directing traffic in the rain and not cleaning them for a couple weeks they begin to accumulate surface rust but a tooth brush and some Freedom Lube Oil and they are good as new with many many more years of service. In 5 years I have never had an issue with the handcuffs locking, unlocking, or double locking. These are my go to handcuffs and have replaced my standard issue smith and Wesson handcuffs.

The finish is very durable and scratch resistant same excellent peerless quality as always.. . The quality hasn't gone downhill . Unlike a few other brands I'm not going to name..

Professional handcuffs, not some cheap imitation. Ok, I bought them more out of curiosity than practical application. After watching so many spy/cop shows I wanted to see for myself just how people get themselves out of them, and found it surprisingly easy, once you know how (google is your friend here). I still have not mastered unlocking them with my hands behind my back but I can free myself in seconds with my hands in front of me (with the key that is). Make sure you have a friend around before trying it behind your back. Imagine trying to explain to the neighbors why you are at their door in handcuffs. They might feel they should check in with the police before helping you:) If you are limber enough you can manage to slide the cuffs under your feet and in front of you. Get into a fetal position, and one leg at a time slide your arm over the knee, then work/squirm/wiggle your foot over and around the cuffs (easier without shoes). Then the same for the other knee/foot, (much easier now with one leg out of the way). You can make a key out of a paper clip but it takes a lot more effort and skill if you are already in cuffs. Then there's the trick of "breaking a pair of sunglasses" key as per Robert Downey Jr in US Marshalls. You can also break the connecting chain if you can manage to twist it up against itself (not easily done with rotating chains). I was surprised to see such a commonly used law enforcement item so easily defeated. They do acknowledge that it's just a temporary restraint and not for long term use. Even with the double-lock that these have it only means a little more effort to get free. Btw, the plastic tie wraps sometimes used also have a weakness. You can snap the straps with the right amount of force against your body in a certain position. Again, google is your friend. I did consider using these to cuff my helmet to my motorbike, until I learned all the above:(

I have use the peerless 700 for ten years. After using the original pair for the past ten years I decided to replace them. Not because they had any issues. I use these handcuffs almost daily. I have one pair of black and one nickel. I love them and wouldn’t buy another brand. My older pair is the model 700. Both the newer pairs are 700C and they work just as well. I know someone who has used the same pair of peerless handcuffs for over 20 years. Others have stated the black ones rust. The ten year old pair I have is black. From time to time they will have some surface rust. I wipe them down after each use and occasionally oil them. The surface rust wipes right off. I would buy these again and would recommend them to anyone who needs handcuffs they need to rely on.

I do like these Handcuff's between the past few days i have bought all of the best brand's out there i do like these cuff's but the box's come's in a rough shape all tho that's not really a big deal at all as long as the cuffs are mint no worre's i do like the Smith an Wesson 100 that i just got a couple days ago i dont mind the double lock style on them how ever i do like the double lock on this as well because i do believe its more preferred because its the pin on top of the cuffs easier to get to but if you know what your doing so is the smith and wesson style im waiting to check out the Smith and Wesson 300 Style i got coming tomorrow & with in the past few day's i will have 3 different style's and brand's next week when the 4th come's i will have 4 different Cuff's & 3 different Brand's all 3 are the top Name Brand & Best Quality out there i like the Smith and Wesson's 100 because of the sound when you lock them, But i like the Peerless because of the Location of the locking Look's better that's all as well i do believe if you like the locking style that the Peerless has the Viperteck one's im waiting on have that same easy acess style & i do believe from the research ive done on them They are really heavy duty Cuff's just like these brand's maybe better in some people's eye's all tho S&W are most preferred. Oh i also like the Writing and Numbering on the Peerless Compared to the S&M they look more Official so i guess its really what you like and Prefer in you're style Cuff's. Actually with the Vipertec coming as well that will make 5 different style cuff's and 3 different brand's

C’est une jolie paire de menottes, très robuste avec sa chaine soudée. Un mecanisme pour bloquer les bracelets à un diamètre donné afin d’éviter de couper le sang au niveau des poignets. Deux clefs simplistes mais efficaces. Du made in USA pur jus, pas grand chose à craindre. Le prix varie sur le site du simple au double et change tous les jours. Soyez à l’affut.

Very good quality handcuffs. Also, some of the most comfortable for people to wear, if that matters. Just very very good indeed. Well, well worth the money I paid.
