Are these the same as westminster hearty square crackers?

I would say yes except that the Westminster Saltines I purchase were a food service box of 500 individual packets. They are a superior product that I couldn't find in stores.

Is this 500 packs of crackers with 2 crackers in each pack or 250 packs with 2 crackers in each?

It is 500 2 packs, or 1000 crackers.

What is the expiration date?

The package I received today has printed on it best by May 30, 2023.
