Small Deep Tissue Ball - Dr. Cohen’s Heatable acuBall-Mini for Massage Therapy

I bought the regular sized ball recently and loved it so much that I had to get the mini to reach those knots in my upper back with precision and it works like a charm! I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! I love to use these products in bed at night to help loosen all my tight knots I have literally everywhere. I suffer from daily chronic headache for 2 years now due to loss of curve in my neck which in turn doesn't allow my muscles to move as they should so they're ALWAYS tight and this little ball of awesome fits perfectly under the base of my skull on the sides where my restricted muscles are and provides some relief. I'm going to have to order another one of these along with all of Dr. Cohen's other products. Love it.

As soon as I used it on my neck it worked and felt better than anything else I have ever tried before, a must have!

I’ve been using the **Dr. Cohen’s Heatable Deep Tissue Massage Ball Mini** for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely amazed by how effective it is. This little ball packs a punch when it comes to relieving tension, soothing sore muscles, and promoting recovery. It’s the perfect tool for anyone who deals with trigger points, myofascial pain, or just general muscle tightness. The mini size is ideal for targeted relief. I use it on my feet, back, and shoulders, and it really gets into those hard-to-reach spots. The spiky texture is fantastic for stimulating blood flow and breaking up muscle knots. What really sets it apart, though, is the heat feature — it’s a total game-changer. Heating it up adds an extra layer of comfort and relaxation, helping to loosen tight muscles and enhance the massage experience. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to use. Whether you're rolling it under your feet to relieve foot pain or using it on your back to alleviate muscle tension, it works like a charm. The compact design also makes it super portable, so I can take it with me to the office or the gym for quick, on-the-go relief. Plus, the quality is top-notch — durable, well-made, and built to last. If you’re dealing with muscle discomfort, trigger points, or just need a way to unwind, I highly recommend this massage ball. Automassage efficace lors de petit blocage. Petit format donc très pratique pour les douleurs d'épaules. On se sent mieux après l'avoir utilisé. Cela débloqué un peu le dis et c'est naturel
