Will sleeved cards fit in this?

Actually no, they don't fit. I have cards sleeved with Dragon Shield sleeves and they will NOT fit flat on the bottom. The spaces are wider at the top but the bottom is slightly smaller than a standard sleeved card.

If I get multie could they be stacked neatly together for storage?

I can confirm, they do NOT stack with each other.
