Amazing Flavor and Color
Excellent quality and flavor. I love to use this in my baking.

Tastes fabulous
I mixed this powder with agar. It was an interesting experiment. I had to put it in a blender with water then immediately put in pot to cook. This powder IS NOT readily water soluble! I am not going to mix it with butter. It's tart on its own but has a lovely bold flavor. I would absolutely reccomend it for clever cooks.

Not very fine but quality is EXCELLENT
This is a great way to add flavor AND color without anything artificial! I baked raspberry mocha cookies using this and some raspberry emulsion, and the fragrance from the oven was OVERWHELMING. The color is vibrant while still being natural. A couple of tablespoons went a long way in a recipe for 3-4 dozen cookies!

Fantastic flavor in desserts
Freeze dried fruit in general is a wonderfully simple cheat code to add fruit flavor to your baking without the artifical taste that a lot of flavorings have. If nothing else, try whipping heavy cream with some sugar and a healthy dose of this powder and you wind up with a delicious raspberry whipped cream that is surprisingly stable. The texture is somewhere in the neighborhood of a very light buttercream.

Lots of seeds
I bought this because I thought I could make raspberry smoothies without seeds. But this is full of seeds. I didn't expect that. Tastes good, though.

Love this.
Wonderful product. It goes in my morning drink ritual and chugging down supplements don't contort my face anymore. You should see that water, with Mornings & Methylene blue, + lots of other things. This makes that 1st swallow more pleasant. Thx u.

Buon sapore
La polvere di lamponi ha un buon sapore: si sente che l'ingrediente liofilizzato è proprio il frutto. Unico appunto: sotto i denti si sentono i semini. Ma niente di "tragico", intrendiamoci.
