Although I am naturally disastrous when it comes to double unders, singles are great and the weight of the rope makes it easier to attempt double unders without whipping myself too much. Esta cuerda es muy buena para hacer ejercicio en exteriores por su increíble durabilidad, los mangos pueden llegar a ser resbalosos pero es una muy buena cuerda.

Excellente corde a sauter, très facile d'accéléré ses sauts et de travailler sur les double unders. elle arrive dans un sac avec une corde de rechange. Aussi très utile: les instruction vidéo sur le site du vendeur sur comment ajuster la corde a sa taille. Le vendeur est très disponible et à l'écoute. Fino ad oggi mi sono sempre allenato con le classiche corde in cuoio e a primo impatto questa gira come un missile! La corda arriva già montata e nel sacchetto ce nè anche una di scorta con tanto di viti di regolazione e gommini di scorta. Mi ha stupito il fatto che anche se era arrotolata molto stretta non ha assolutamente "memoria", una volta srotolata è perfettamente dritta e senza arricciature o pieghe residue.. Le impugnature hanno cuscinetti a sfera e pure due giuntini per permettergli di inclinarsi durante la rotazione, molto ben fatti e tt in acciaio.. Unico dubbio sono le maniglie che sono di una plastica molto leggera che danno l impressione di rompersi se buttate a terra (quando faccio i tabata non bado a gentilezze tra un cambio di esercizio e l altro...), ma nn è detto, vedró dopo un periodo di rodaggio.. Per adesso molto soddisfatto dell' acquisto!! Per adesso vale tutti i 12€ che ho speso!!! Il rapporto qualità prezzo sembra il migliore tra quelli presenti su Amazon. Spedizione e imballaggio Amazon sempre al top!!! Aggiungo che NON mi hanno fatto nessuno sconto per fare questa recensione... Anzi a vedere le altre mi sa che sono l'unico ad aver pagato la corda😠....

No puedo opinar mucho ya que es la primer cuerda para saltar que compro, sin embargo, se sienten los materiales de mucha calidad, cuenta con todas sus herramientas para ajustar a tu altura y trae las 2 opciones, cuerda normal y de alta velocidad. Recomendado.
