Will this hold a size 13?

WRONG INFORMATION: Many of you are WRONG on shoe sizing. To the person who stated "I just bought these for my daughters room...she wears a 12 women (so 14 men)" is wrong. This is opposite. A size 12 Women's shoe is a 10 1/2 MENS shoe. Do a google search on men's to women's size chart. I used to sell shoes when I was in college. 8 1/2 mens = size 10 womens.
