外箱にも入れずに、配送されて、雨の日に置配されました。子供のクリスマスプレゼントだったのに、バレてしまいました。置配は仕方ないとしても、外箱にいれないのはどうかと思います。返金か同じものを送るようにお願いします。本当に酷いです。
