I’m not really sure about size but it doesn’t have a strong Oud Wood smell while burning. Also really small for $20. Understand it’s for a charity but still small for price.

No. It doesn't seem to have a scent unless lit. Although maybe the heat from the car may bring out the scent more if you are in a warm environment.
