Best baking flour
I have an allergy to most breads we can buy in stores. This is great for baking bread. No issues and my stomach has no problems. It's basically this and bake my own or Ezekiel bread. I appreciate the purity. Only down side, it is a bit pricey so I only bake buns and and freeze them.

Well Hey there amazing organic Flour!!!! 👋🏽🤗 Kinda blown away by what a perfect loaf of bread this makes. Oh and the taste and texture ! This flour is a little different than most. It uses a blend of organic wheat and malted barley. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to see how my cookies turn out.

Good quality and affordable bread flour.
Great flour, made bread filled with pecans and sugar (Iberia pure cane turbinado sugar) which turned out lovely, bouncy and with a soft crumb.

Perfect size if you only plan to make 1-2 loaves
Dug out my mom’s old bread maker and decided to try making bread! With this little bag I was able to make two 1.5lb loaves. I’ve never made bread before so I can’t compare this bread flour to other brands but It seems like it worked and tasted as it should!
