Before we get into it, I want to advise that my rating is based on the quality of the projector at this price point as there is obviously more advanced and expensive projectors on the market but my review is based on a holistic viewpoint. Ok with that out the way, my partner and I tend to chill in our kitchen and tend to use YouTube for cocktail ideas or recipes so instead of always burying ourselves into our phones we thought it would be cool to have a smart TV in the kitchen but then that idea was a little pricey and maybe a little much for just cocktail videos, then eureka! What about a projector? I have no previous hands on experience with projectors so when comparing them on amazon the Vamvo YG300 Pro Video Projector immediately stood out due to the design and excellent price point and I was intrigued by a review which stated they used their Now TV stick in theirs as I have a Google Chromecast which I assumed would work in a similar manner so concluded this would be a great entry level purchase and the decision was made. Straight out the box it was easy to use, very simple and intuitive, small user friendly menu to select language and input source, I immediately tried out my desired setup and input my Chromecast into the HDMI and USB connectors and to my excitement there it was, the Chromecast ambient screensaver projected on my wall. I used my phone to stream a YT cocktail video to my CC and within seconds it was projected onto my wall, the image was a little blurry at first but the projector has a simple focus switch next to the lens and it was quick and simple to make the image clear and sharp. The inbuilt speaker system does the job however as you would imagine at this price point the sound isn’t top quality but it certainly isn’t terrible but if you are planning on making this purchase to have movie nights (I for one are missing that cinema experience) then I would suggest you plug your preferred speaker into the projector using the aux input. This was my setup, in my kitchen we have a Bose Soundtouch 10 which we plugged into the aux and the sound was spot on however I have bought a new Bluetooth speaker for under £15 which I intend on using as a dedicated projector speaker. As you will see from the video, we projected our videos onto our kitchen blinds however a sheet or lovely big plain wall would work the same if not better. We also adjusted the aspect ratio to fit our blinds better but if you have a bigger surface you won’t need to adjust too much apart from the sharpness. This won’t replace a 4k TV so don’t expect certain HD videos or games to look as good as they would on your TV but it works wonderfully if you are streaming something which isn’t filmed in HD such as the 1978 TV show Vega$ or having a retro music video party in your kitchen. So to summarise, if you are looking for a user friendly entry level projector which is fun and won’t break the bank but produces the goods then I would highly recommend investing in the Vamvo YG300 Pro Video Projector

I bought this really as a bit of an experiment. I often watch sport/streaming services on my tablet in my bedroom and thought I would try this out to get a bigger screen. Well I love it! I've been connecting to my tablet and projecting onto my ceiling for watching in bed or onto a blank white wall. The picture quality is fine for my purposes, if you are looking for super super sharp picture then you are probably looking above this price point. I often watch with subtitles and have no problem reading these on the projected image. The sound is also fine but obviously can be improved with all sorts of different devices and the projector has plenty of connection options for this. The devise itself is compact and sturdy. Its about the size of a long book. So very easy to move around the house or even take elsewhere. I had everything set up in minutes (note batteries not included for the remote). There is a very slight hum when the devise is in use but I never notice this when I'm watching anything. Overall, was really impressed with the quality of this product and at this price I could not be happier with my purchase! Highly recommended

I got this projector to use in my home, just to watch movies in the bedroom. I already have a large one for the larger halls, but it’s a little too big to store in my little office cupboard. The projector is a neat size, you can see in my photo where I am carrying it. I have out my hand over it as a size comparison. I tried to use the projector for my phone and jt worked perfectly (with the HDMI to USBc connector). I was really pleased, because I had almost been afraid to try it. The instructions are really simple, just plug it on and go. I was surprised, considering the size of the projector that the picture was decent quality. I played YouTube videos on it and it looked great. There’s great sound too, but I personally prefer to use my Bluetooth speakers for a home cinema effect. There’s a lever on the side to adjust the focus, couldn’t be simpler too. I wish brightness could be adjusted cus it can get a little dark even when the original picture is bright and well lit, but all I’m all I am pleased with my new projector, I’m glad I bought it.

I wanted a small and portable projector with a good image quality and all of it for an affordable price. I saw Vamvo advert through Instagram some time ago and I completely fall in love with the design. Then I have been checking with some different projectors with the same characteristics and honestly, this one is the best option value for price. I got it delivered the same day, which was amazing, and I set it up easily. I does include HDMI cable and adaptor for TV. Although it doesn't include the adaptor to the smartphone you can fin an affordable one and that would do an amazing portable projector. Recommendation here! If you have a power bum just would bring your experience to the next level, as the projector's size is really handy you will be able to bring it wherever you want such as outdoors and move it around easily in your house. Image is just perfect it supports HD 1800 but I have displayed 4K videos and it does its job perfectly there also. Definetely perfect to have an economic but quality option if you are thinking to buy a handy projector. I will totally recommend.

I bought this as a cheap way of viewing holiday videos. I found that it does it need a decent portable screen to get the best out of the image quality, but fabric screens are cheap, and coupled to the low cost, well worth it. I also obtained a cheap projector stand. I was surprised at firstly the simplicity of the connections. Video, or images on a USB stick are easily found, and play without much fuss. Focussing is simple, with a large handle to help move the lens elements. Sound is surprising from such a small box ( really small, with all its connectors, power supply, lighting elelment, USB connector etc, it weighs next to nothing, and is about the size of a small tissue box.) I suggest being carefully not to smudge the lens is a good idea, as well as watching out for the heat from the projector. The instructions were the only real issue, but they worked. Take note of not looking directly in to the lens while on, and when turning it off, do NOT immediately unplug it from the power source, or remove connections- the instructions indicate caution for 30 seconds, and I for one, believe them. Wait a minute or two. I can't say whether support will be good if it all goes wrong, or that replacement parts are easy to get, and apply. To sum up this is a quality item which punches well above its cost.

brilliant picture quality, decent sound quality, quiet fan - it used to sit on the headboard right above me (so takes up very little space) and i barely heard it, worked brilliantly for me at uni where i had no room for a tv, connected easy to my ps4 via hdmi and also worked well with USB, highly recommend

For the price I was surprised the projected image was as clear and bright as it is. That's not to say its very clear or very bright - just better than I expected. There is no zoom function which makes positioning the projector really tricky - you have to have a flat surface at exactly the right distance from the wall/screen. Placing the projector is made more difficult by the fairly short power lead. As you would expect for a projector of this price there is no keystone adjustment so you need to position the projector directly opposite and perpendicular to the wall/screen. It's also pretty noisy - presumably the fan - which is ironic as it also gets quite hot. Overall its okay for the price but I wish I'd not been so tight and spent a bit more on a decent bit of kit.

You will never find anything as good as this for the same price. The picture quality is quite pixelated, but you get used to it fast and it becomes less noticeable over time. The remote feels cheap, but is fully functional and I suppose that's the only thing you really need out of a remote in a budget scenario. The fan noise can be a little distracting, but as soon as you start playing a video on it, it completely drowns out the fan noise. The brightness could have a little improvement, with the lights on the projected image appears to get dim, but with the lights off the brightness is perfect. Vivid colors, too. So in conclusion, there are several issues and drawbacks with this product, but you can tackle almost all of them, making this the ultimate budget projector. I use it almost every night and I am very happy with it.

Premessa : Io e mia moglie viviamo in camper ormai da un paio di anni e giriamo spesso lavorando nelle varie aziende agricole in Italia o Europa, quindi i nostri bisogni e standard sono leggermente diversi da chi vive in una casa "normale", detto questo procediamo. Abbiamo acquistato questo proiettore per il nostro anniversario, siccome appunto viviamo in camper, ci è sempre piaciuta l'idea di avere un "cinema portatile" e finalmente abbiamo deciso di comprare un proiettore economico. Nonostante il prezzo molto basso questo proiettore da soddisfazioni, lo abbiamo testato per lo più di sera perchè di giorno ovviamente con la luce del sole la luminosità è bassa, ma di sera o comunque con una stanza buia è molto valido! Immagini nitide, regolabili molto facilmente e proiettabili su quasi qualsiasi superficie. Lo usiamo con l'attacco hdmi collegato al portatile ma pensiamo di comprare una fire stick per facilitare le cose, ma anche solo così è molto comodo! abbiamo provato un cavo da attaccare al telefono ma abbiamo avuto problemi e non riusciamo a farlo funzionare però ripeto, con una fire stick penso si possa risolvere ogni problema. Il telecomando funziona bene e le impostazioni sono molto intuitive, se avete un cavalletto è meglio per posizionarlo dove e come volete ma soprattutto la vera rivoluzione è che al contrario di altri proiettori, questo funziona anche attaccato ad un power bank, così da farlo diventare veramente un proiettore portatile, da infilare nello zaino e portare dove volete! Ero scettico, perchè molte recensioni sembravano fake, siccome ti promettono regali per fare belle recensioni, ma mi sono ricreduto, per il prezzo che ha è veramente un bellissimo e utilissimo prodotto, ovviamente non aspettatevi risoluzioni e prestazioni in 4k perchè non sarà cosi, la risoluzione è 720p o comunque massimo 1080p ma con questo prezzo cosa vi aspettate? Se volete provare la sensazione di avere un cinema a casa vostra, beh questo proiettore fa per voi! Lo straconsiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono avvicinarsi a questo mondo! Ottimo acquisto! Ho acquistato questo proiettore e sono davvero molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto! La qualità dell’immagine è sorprendente: i colori sono vividi, i dettagli sono nitidi e l'immagine risulta molto chiara anche in ambienti con una certa luminosità, grazie alla buona luminosità del proiettore. È perfetto sia per guardare film in casa, creando un’esperienza cinematografica, sia per le presentazioni di lavoro, grazie alla sua chiarezza e facilità d’uso. Un altro punto forte è la facilità di installazione e configurazione. Non sono un esperto di tecnologia, ma sono riuscito a impostarlo in pochi minuti seguendo le istruzioni semplici e chiare. La possibilità di regolare l’angolazione e la messa a fuoco permette di ottenere un’immagine perfetta senza troppi sforzi. Il design compatto e leggero è molto pratico: posso spostarlo facilmente da una stanza all’altra o anche portarlo in viaggio, se necessario. La connettività è buona, con porte HDMI, USB e altre opzioni che permettono di collegare facilmente diversi dispositivi come laptop, smartphone o chiavette USB. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo: offre molte funzionalità a un prezzo accessibile rispetto ad altri modelli più costosi. La durata della lampada sembra buona, e finora non ho riscontrato problemi di surriscaldamento o rumore eccessivo. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo proiettore a chi cerca un prodotto affidabile, facile da usare e con una buona qualità dell’immagine, senza spendere una fortuna. È diventato uno dei miei acquisti migliori per il tempo libero e le presentazioni!

The picture is good, must just tune it perfectly, the machine is a bit loud, but u forget about it after a while, small and compact. Good choice to make

The range of the device is pretty good and it has a few settings for whoever wants to change it to their needs. Since this is a quite cheap device it does not work that great on walls which aren't white so i recommend using this if you have white walls or some kind of white sheet. The remote feels very cheap but that has not been an issue.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Mini Beamer! Die Bildqualität ist einfach erstaunlich - gestochen scharf und lebendige Farben, sogar bei Tageslicht. Für Filmabende im Garten war die Projektion perfekt und sorgte für ein tolles Erlebnis. Die kompakte Größe macht ihn ideal für unterwegs und das Setup war kinderleicht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Soundqualität - klar und laut genug, um eine tolle Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die vielseitigen Anschlussmöglichkeiten wie HDMI und USB sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Für den Preis ist dieser Beamer definitiv ein Schnäppchen. Ich kann ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen! Klasse um EM spiele im Garten mit Freunden zuschauen
