I bought this a few months ago for my new apartment and had the same (or very similar) model in my previous house for years. Works great! Surprisingly quiet, and compared to units I've had in previous offices, I love the bottom load for water since it not only takes up less space and doesn't cause a spill installing a new jug, but I worry having all that higher weight of a top load model could be dangerous with little kids around.

We love it! Perfect size, shape, color, durability and quiet. Material is sturdy and water flows very well! The hot and cold feature work perfectly!

So I read the reviews and did it anyway like a dummy. Bought this cooler and we loved it, looked good with all our other stainless still stuff and here were are exactly 1 month and 3 days later the water cooler begins to beep with a red light alerting us it needs more water. We replace the jug and as we do we notice it’s dripping a little from the “cool” water spout. Didn’t think too much of it, had never noticed it before but then when we load in the new 5 gallon jug we notice the light is still blinking red. Unplugged then reconnected it, ran water through and noticed the light went off but wouldn’t refill the reservoir like usual. Filled another cup of water and light came back on beeping. Opened the door, removed the hose and straw to inspect then replaced and closed again, same issue. We left it alone and I come back in the room 2 hours later to find no less than 3 gallons of water covering my kitchen floor!!!!!!! Called amazon and was refunded thankfully but what a mess! How inconvenient! My Husband said these things are fairly new and still tend to have issues which may explain why every bottom loading cooler has at least 10 bad reviews but I thought I’d give it a try. Ah well... grateful it wasn’t worse. Be aware! DONT DO IT! RECONSIDER!!!

This is the best perchase I have made. You remove from the box, put the pump in the 5 gallon jug and place it in the water dispenser. So easy to setup and even easier to use. Cold water is cooled to perfection and the hot water is very hot and makes having a cup of tea easy and quick. No more piles of water bottles. Easy to clean. Highly recommend!!

I love that the water bottle is hidden. Water is ice cold and the hot is very hot. Very quiet and sleek. I recommend this product. Easy to hook water up . As the unit is preparing for cold and hot it makes a little noise but after its finished there's no more noise.

Only work for 2 weeks then sensor product can’t refund full price

Received the new Igloo water cooler. Was extremely impressed with the 3 temperatures. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold and I'm very impressed with that. Extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommended

Me fascina que el agua fria sale muy fresca. Lo único malo es que no hay garrafones de 19 litros para que pueda meterse el garrafón al dispensador de agua es muy forzado para que pueda meterse

No me gustó porque tiene dañada la tapa donde se conecta el garrafón y no funciona y extra no quieren reemplazarlo y no califica para devolución y no puedo encontrar la parte dañada para comprarla
