These little cameras are a life saver! They are easy to install, I can activate or deactivate them from my phone, I can monitor the room from my phone and keep our home safe. The quality is amazing and you cant beat the price. I have purchased multiple Blink cameras and linked them all to my same account. I can monitor all the cameras from one place. I really like how I can adjust how sensitive I want the camera to be so they dont notify me at every slight movement. They work great and I will definitely be purchasing more for the outside to keep us safe!

I got this camera 2-pack right after my apartment had been robbed by a neighbor. I know who it was but couldn't prove it. So now they will be on video if they decide to revisit. Once you load the app on your cell phone, navigate the setup of software and configs, and enable Wi-Fi, these things are basically invisible, just little inconspicuous 3" squares, wireless, and they capture terrific images. The video is sharp and the audio is clear. The sensitivity can be set to reduce trigger motion level, in case you have a pet wandering around. The motion detection alert comes right to the home screen of my cell phone almost in real time, even when it's locked. I can also open the app at any time, even if not armed, and take a snapshot of my house, with the ability to select which camera to take it from. And I can get that pic or video in pitch blackness, as the cameras have great automatic night vision mode. Comes with everything you need but the cell phone and home Wi-Fi. Four two-year lithium batteries provided. You get a 30-day free trial membership to Blink services, but for $10/month or $100/year thereafter, it's going to be so worth it. Highly recommended. Watch for sales!

At the beginning I Had some issues which I have pointed out previously, but I was contacted later from the Blink vendor with an excellent solution from their side. I’m very thankful for their service which at first was not the best but after that it was the best service. They contacted me and replaced the damaged camera which I received in no time. Thanks for the support. To the customers, feel free to buy, at the end the blink support team will perform as expected and will help you go thru the process in order to comply with your requirements and needs. After using the camera system for a while it has been a real good option and I fully recommend buying it. I’m changing my review to 4 stars due to the good service I received in order to solve my issues from the Blink team, thank you. System can still be improved (points 1 and 3 from the previous review). ————————————————- 1.- Camera system does not give a continue live feed 2.- I was not able to configure the second camera, sometimes it got connected but after arming and disarming the system one of the camera stops working and won’t get recognized, you’ll have to delete it from the system and try to pair it again, this pairing process takes about 2 days of trying constantly. 3.- System is very slow, when you hit the video mode in order to view the camera live it takes a while in order to get connected and send the video 4.- Amazon does not give chat support even thought is an amazon company 5.- Support from the Blink vendor takes forever in order to get a response. 6.- Camera only remains with the led blinking like if pairing is needed but it never gets paired and when it does it only works for a couple of minutes. Concept and idea is good (completely wireless) but Blink still needs to really work on this in order to get a good product, right now is nothing more than a piece of c.... and their service too. Very disappointed with the service, the product and the support. I really think it was a waste of money.

Great cameras, have been very helpful for what I need BUT the batteries die constantly. Every couple of weeks I'm having to replace the batteries. The video quality and sound are good. I like being able to talk through them so when my kids are home without me and aren't paying attention to their phones I can still get their attention and check on them. Setup was easy. Just wish I wasn't spending a fortune on batteries. After submitting my review Blink put a notification on my app with tips on how to save the battery life. These should help!

I am not a security camera expert, but I have tried several different brands while trying to design a modest home security system. Everything with Blink is smooth and predictable (which is saying a lot, given the number of off-brand electronics devices available online). The Blink instructions are clear and written in good English. The camera functions work! The app is intuitive and easy to use. Because of the good setup experience and easy learning curve, there is no question in my mind that $100/year for a cloud subscription storage service (through the Blink Sync Module) is a good solution for my needs. I like that I can link my service payment to my Amazon Prime account, which makes things easy.

I purchased 2 cameras in July 2022, and they both are still working great. I did have to change the batteries once. Definitely good…I especially love that I can communicate through them.

Updating again: Initially rated 1 star, changed my rating to 3 stars after I got it to work again. Changing it back to 1 star. Will not change again. I inserted a USB for clips to be saved. They Initially saved with no problem. Now the device wants to save to a subscription cloud only. It recognizes the USB. It has the previous clips on the USB. Even when I click the manual save button when viewing a camera it says subscribe to a blink plan. This thing is not worth it. The headache alone is the biggest problem. Once set up the customer should be able to walk away and not have to worry about their system. DONT BUY THIS THING. I updated the stars from 1 to 3 because I was finally able to get it to connect after cycling the blink box multiple times. Everything about these cameras scream cheap. The plastic feels so delicate that you have to be very gentle when mounting because the clips feel like they will break. The motion system doesn't always capture motion. I left on while I was going to be out of my apartment knowing that maintenance was going to be in there working. One camera captured them working, then about 45 minutes later the second camera finally captured them while working. One camera was set up at one end of the apartment while the other camera was set up at the other end, both facing each other. There was no reason for one camera picking them up while the other didn't. Now several months later I am attempting to set them up to a new wifi router as I have had to move. This isn't going very well. The system keeps failing, and will not connect to the router. If I get them to work I will continue to use them for a short time, but I am definitely going to give them to someone or just throw them away. Don't buy them. Spend the extra few dollars and buy a better quality camera system.

There is a ton of competition in today's home camera systems. That said, Blink still has a long way to evolve. Although great for average use, there are several downsides to the use of the camera. Since it doesn't come with a stand, it isn't poseable out of the box. Place it on a bookshelf and all you get is that exact line of sight. It comes with mounts that you have to screw into a wall as an option. Low light captures are so so; average to below-average performance. Detection is still a bit low (not quick). Set up was pretty easy. The app is good. Alexa integration doesn't support streaming through the Alexa app. The UI needs a little work. If you need a cheap camera system, this is it. Expect good quality and feature-laden and you'll be disappointed. I think I'm returning mine. I wanted something a little better. The old adage applies here...You get what you pay for.
