This is truly a hand forged masterpiece. Solid yet well balanced for moving it around, this thing takes two burners and evenly distributes the heat. Clean it up while it's still hot, rinse/scrub, and reheat to lightly oil. Patina has begun after only two uses. Doubt it will ever get put away as it looks so formidable sitting on the grates.

This piece of Finex is stunning! What a great addition to our collection. We made Panini’s perfectly last night after receiving it via Amazon, super fast! He was so excited, and I actually surprised him with this birthday gift.

Wasn't expecting it, but fell in love with this griddle. Our glass top stove had the griddle option of one long burner. Love being able to set both ends the same temp and using the griddle as one long pan. Or reducing heat on the back and using that to cook two things at once, or keeping things warm. Amazing for stove top veg scrambles, cooking steaks and room for veg at the same time, or making foods in stages and keeping them warm. It's now my first choice pan for everything other than soup. Lol

A beautiful griddle. Heats evenly, stays on temp, cools down slowly. Easy to get seasoned. If you love cast iron, you will use this every day. It will last for generations. If you haven’t used cast iron, or not familiar with how to care for it, this is not for you.

Beautiful pan. Heavy duty. Had some metal shavings on it. I don't love the octogon shape. I loses precious real estate for the aesthetic. It is flat in the bottom, VS the heat rings on the bottoms of the Smithey, and Field griddles. So for my induction cooktop, those would not have worked as well unfortunately. But luckily this one does work!

This is a beautiful griddle. The workmanship is superior, and the super smooth surface is just what I was looking for since I no longer want to use nonstick cookware. I've tried many griddles, but this is the best and my forever pan. I followed the instructions provided for using and maintaining the pan and its worked perfectly. Yay!

Love this piece, but not practical. Doesn’t work on a ceramic electric top. Warped every time I used it on the top and that was on medium heat. This would be a great addition to a gas stove or outside grill not practical for electric. I returned. This one kept the 14 inch frying pan. Love that.
