Life changing
These changed my life! I was having horrible stomach issues for more than a month, reflux, constipation and pain. After taking these for a week the issues completely went away! I take one in the morning and one at night. Please note I do pair these with an extremely healthy high fiber diet and a high quality probiotic but they were the missing link in solving my gut issues.

Seems to help my fur baby's IBD
Listed as pure with no additional other ingredients. Has very little taste. I use this to soothe my fur baby's IBD. Usually once a day I open a capsule and sprinkle a small amount of the powder into a few drops of warm water, stir, and wait for the slurry to thicken. She is picky and won't drink the liquid so I coat a small amount of her white meat chicken with the gruel. She seems to like the mixture. So far so good as she only had one nausea/vomit incident in four weeks.I am hoping the Slippery Elm will help reduce the number of very expensive trips to the vet for her condition.I will buy this product again.

Solved my Puppy's tummy issues!
My Papillon had constant tummy issues as a puppy. After taking him to the vet numerous times, switching foods and trying a multitude of RX and OTC meds for nausea in dogs, a friend asked "Have you ever tried Slippery Elm?" I hadn't and at the time wasn't sure I was a believer hat it would truly work since we had tried so many things, but I was also getting desperate for a solution, I picked up a bottle of this exact brand Slippery Elm at my local health food store (I have since repurchased more on Amazon also). I googled how to mix it up for a dog. For my dog, who is a toy breed, under 10 lbs. I microwave 1/4 cup filtered water for 30 seconds. Then I empty the contents of two capsules into the warm water and mix thoroughly. I place the Tupperware into the fridge to cool and keep fresh. 15 minutes before each meal I oral dose syringe my Papillon with 2 cc's of the solution. He was better in about 24 hours. The 1/4 cup mixed solution lasts about a week. After that time I usually throw out anything that is left. I have been continuing this with him for nearly every meal now for nearly 6 months. He has had only one tummy incident within that time which is a miracle compared to before. Also his coat has improved. He has been able to maintain a normal weight since he eats consistently and is no longer nauseous. A must try for anyone with a pet with nausea / some gastro issues. UPDATE: I still love this product, but m seeking a bulk version to give my larger dogs in case of gastric upset. I see some on Amazon, but not my this company and am leery of getting something of inferior quality or not the inner bark. Also, my Papillon is now approaching 4 years old and this product 100% resolved his digestive issues. He has issues for almost the first two years of his life until I started giving this to him. Now, he hasn’t had to take it in nearly two years. He now eats normally, looks great and overall I can tell he feels better.

Psyllium husk is gr8, hopefully this brand is safe
Don’t have the wherewithal to attest to the quality but here to share that psyllium husk is a gr8 food additive to help with digestion, but experiment with dosage for your specific pet. It can either help to produce healthy brown logs, or cause your critter to spend a lot of energy to get anything out. Basically taking this brand’s claims as to quality, I’ll be ordering again.
