What are the pick thicknesses - is there a 38mm pick in this pack?

No, nothing that thin. There's Tortex .60 &.73, Ultex .60 & .73, Max Grip .60 & .73, Nylon .60 & .73, 2 matt pastel ones .71 & .58, and 2 tortoiseshell ones T(hin) and M(edium). Hope this helps.

Are these ok for electric guitar?

Fine for electric or acoustic guitars. My pack was listed as "Medium to heavy" and contained a good range of picks with varying thickness and flexibility. As a beginner, I wanted to find picks that suited me and this pack did the job.

how many plecs in the packet ?

Mine had 12 picks of varying thickness and flexibility.

what sizes and, what thickness are these 6 pick packs?
