It works and it's high effective.
I used to go to a chiropractor before I moved who had the EMS machines. I always felt great after because it loosened up my muscles and relieved the pain. After I moved, I had a hard time finding a chiropractor that had the EMS machines. I would go to a chain chiropractor's office and get adjustments. The pain would go away but within a week, I was back to where I was before and never felt like the adjustments were effective. I decided to give this machine a try without having any expectations that it would work. Boy was I wrong. I didn't think a battery-operated unit could be as powerful as the plug-in machines at the doctor's office but this unit is just as powerful. I found out the hard way when I turned on the machine and cranked the output. I had to unplug the connection because I almost fell to the floor. Another thing I like about the machine is that I can set a timer to as much as 60 minutes. At the chiropractor's office, I was limited to a 15-minute session. Yes, that was probably enough time to be effective but I wanted more. A con of the machine is the touch screen could be improved as I found it to be less sensitive and finicky. I also wish they offered a mode where the machine would stay on and give constant stimulation and have the stimulation gradually go up and down and so forth. All the modes seem to pause at some point. Maybe I just haven't found the right one yet. I highly recommend this machine as it has helped relieve my back pain tremendously which in turn, has helped improve my mood. When you're in constant pain, it's hard to have a positive outlook. It will also save you money on trips to the chiropractor.

Happy with this purchase.
Review for the Belifu Dual Channel Tens Unit Electro Muscle Stimulator So far I like the unit. It arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Its compact and came with everything advertised. Ive had it for 10 days and I've only used it on an aching shoulder with muscle strain. I like the various settings and the intensity levels. If you order this and cannot find the touch pencil, look in the pouches that contain the large pads. At first I didn't think I received a pen but found it once I was doing the inventory of parts. The touch screen is definitely easier to use with the pen. It's not a touch screen like your smart phone that recognizes a gentle touch. If you find yourself without the pen you can use a fingernail, sometimes the finger tip might work but it is much easier with the pen. The pads that came with the device stick to my skin with no issue. I use it after a shower or if I wipe the area down with alcohol to ensure no body oil will interfere. I am not hairy on my shoulders or arms so there is no problem with the pads sticking to me. I've only used 1 set of pads and leads multiple times at this point and it all seems to be holding up well. I can tell the stickiness of the pads isn't as strong as it was to start but they still stick nicely. I've used the exact same ones at least 10 times now to see how well they continue to stick. I move them around to different positions during one session so they are getting stuck and unstuck a lot and are holding up. Obviously the stickiness will fade but I'm still happy with how well they hold up. The manual gives some suggestions on where to place the pads for the relief you need but the illustrations are really small. I go online and find out the best placement as well as more suggestions for various degrees of stimulation. I haven't experienced the charging issue others have mentioned, yet, and hopefully wont. I will continue to use it and update this if anything changes but for now its a nice purchase to relieve some aching muscles.

Belifu Dual Channel TENS Unit: Cheaply Made, But Priceless for Sore Muscles
Alright folks, letโs talk about the Belifu Dual Channel TENS Unit Electro Muscle Stimulator โ the little device thatโs become my nightly superhero for sore muscles. Iโve bought several of these over time, and while they might be as durable as a paper umbrella in a hurricane, theyโre still a total game changer. First off, letโs address the elephant in the room: the build quality. These units are pretty cheaply made. Theyโve got the durability of a wet tissue paper and feel like they might crumble if you look at them too hard. But hey, weโre not here to judge a book by its cover, right? It's what's inside that counts! And what's inside is a powerhouse for pain relief. This little gadget packs a punch with its 24 independent modes, giving you a variety of sensations from gentle taps to "did I just get electrocuted?" pulses. Itโs like having your own personal masseuse, minus the awkward small talk and hefty price tag. Whether youโre dealing with post-workout soreness or just the aches and pains of pretending to be athletic, this TENS unit has got your back (literally). The dual channel feature is a real lifesaver. Itโs fully isolated, so you can treat two different areas at once with different settings. Got a sore shoulder and a nagging lower back? No problem. This little wonder will zap both into blissful relaxation simultaneously. Itโs like multitasking, but for your muscles. And letโs talk about value. Despite their flimsy construction, these units are affordable enough that replacing them isnโt a big deal. I use mine every night, and for the relief it provides, itโs worth every penny. Think of it as a disposable hero โ swooping in to save the day, even if it doesnโt stick around for the sequel. Bottom line: The Belifu Dual Channel TENS Unit might be cheaply made, but donโt let that fool you. Itโs a budget-friendly miracle worker for sore muscles, offering incredible value for the price. So if youโre looking for a nightly muscle relief hero, this little device is worth a shot. Just handle with care and enjoy the sweet, sweet relief!

Muscle Ache Begone!
This works great as a part of medically prescribed rehab. I had lots of weakness as Covid and a secondary internal infection left me in a bed for two months. Physical and cardiac therapy helped with muscle strengthening, and this helped loosen tight or overused muscles to reduce pain. Itโs not a panacea, but better than eating ibuprofen or opiates :) Depending on the setting, the intensity of the โshockโ varies dramatically. There are some โgentlerโ types that can go almost to the top, but the more aggressive โmassagesโ I start at 1/2 and slowly dial it up to about 2/3. A couple of massage types are painful if cranked too high. Iโve used this about three times a week for a couple months, usually around 30 minutes per session. The 4 segment battery indicator finally lost a bar, but barely. When I turn it on, now, it starts at four and moves to three. The battery life is outstanding. The touch lcd isnโt too sensitive - donโt expect smartphone reactivity, but it works ok. The buttons are a little cheap, but they work, sometimes with an additional press or two. The pads last about a week (3-4 uses), but a wash with a little hand soap + thorough air drying brings a little life back. When not being used, be sure to mount the pads back on to the protective sheet, or use some Saran Wrap on the tacky side, or youโll be putting hairballs against your skin :) Really, this has been one of the best purchases Iโve made on Amazon when you consider the cost, how much it is used, and itโs overall benefit.

Works for long time between charges
Great unit. Very versatile as it you can set it up for any part of your body and different modes. Love it for my back and neck. It's strong on medium setting and it was probably about 20 uses before I had to recharge it the first time. Awesome carrying case. Easy to use interface. Save money from PT and use this unit. Just make sure you have some extra pads on standby. The originals don't last too long but it's still an amazing unit for the price.

surprisingly good
For TENS units that can cost multiple times more, I was a bit skeptical of this one but decided to give it a try based on the good reviews, which seemed to be actual/real ones. Indeed, it has helped. Knee, lower back, neck, shoulder, I've used it quite a bit now and am glad I bought it. It comes with three cables: cables 1 & 2 both lead to an electrode pair (ie, one cable, two pads), while cable 3 forks into two electrode pairs (one cable, 4 pads). So, one could have 6 pads active at a time (using of course channels A&B). The only downside is the tapping of the icons on the touchscreen; I reverted to using the provided stylus as I couldn't get my fingertips to register the taps. But it's a minor thing when compared to its ease of use, USB-C recharging, long battery life, strength, and pocket-size.

Effective for pain relief and loosening up tight muscles
I normally use this unit for pain relief of my neck, lower back, and shoulders. It seams to be fairly effective. A couple of days ago I had to shovel snow for about 3 hours. We got 20+ inches of snow over the weekend and I shoveled 3 properties that morning. Afterwards my lower back tightened up and I had a hard time standing up. After a couple of hours of rest it wasn't getting any better so I used the device on my lower back for 20 minutes. While the pain didn't go away completely it loosened up the muscles and I was able to move around much more easily. This alone was worth the purchase price. I've had this device for about a month and have used if for about 3 hours in total. It was fully charged when I received it. I've never once plugged it in to charge and yet the indicator still shows 4 full bars. So apparently the battery life is outstanding. My only issue with this device is that the touch screen isn't easily responsive. I often have to touch the icon that I'm looking for 2 or 3 times to get my selection to register.

works as described AND user friendly
This products touch screen is NOT user friendly, its just to sensitive. Any little bump will change the settings and reduce the power settings to zero. If I had to get another I wouldn't get one with the touch screen. Otherwise, it works fine!

easy to use and great for pain relief
Really lovely little unit. I love all the different setting so you can fluctuate between treatments depending on the need. Most importantly it really works and its great for pain relief. I pulled the ligament in my neck and was unable to move my neck and was in great pain. It really affected my back as well. After using this machine for a few time, the pain subsided and I was able to move my neck and was back at work the neck day. I am not saying it was cured within a day, I kept using it the following week. But it really did relieve the pain, which I am very grateful for. I also had a problem with a couple of small pads and customer service went above and beyond. Instead of just replacing the faulty pads then sent me a whole selection of different pads. I could not be happier :-)

Excellent machine
I have used these machines at physio office but finally decided to buy one for home. Best decision. This machine allows my partner and I to work on different areas at the same time. No waiting. My tennis elbow was acting up and after one cycle on the elbow and one on my shoulders (done at separate times) my arm is pain free

Two thumbs up
I bought this for my mother who has bad osteoarthritis and degeneration. This is a good product at reasonable price. We particularly like the independent dual channel functions that allow us to do cupping, shiatsu and tuina at the same time. At the cost of one visit to physiotherapist, you get to own a machine that can provide pain relief whenever and however you want it. What more can you ask for?
