Does the black salt lose its mineral value after processing it from pink salt? Thanks

I don't think it would loose it's mineral value, this IS black salt. It is simply ground black salt no other processing, it has a pink color after it is ground. From what I read from other sources on the internet that is normal. Appearance: It ranges from brownish pink to dark violet translucent crystals when whole and has a light pink hue when ground---https://www.pureindianfoods.com/black-salt-kala-namak-p/blksalt.htm-----HERE IS THE DISRIPTION FROM THIS SITE---and you can read this other places if you search. As for the mineral content I'm making an assumption here but since it is simply just ground black salt the mineral content would be the same as the mineral content of the salt before it was ground in my opinion.

What is the expiration date/shelf life once opened?

Salt does not degrade, therefore does not expire...should last literally forever if stored properly. I find with this salt, it so good, I use it frequently so it isn't a concern either way!

Why does it have prop 65?

We put them on all of our products, it’s so we don’t get sued. Law is on a bounty system.
