Concrobium Mold Control, 1 Gallon Refill, Eliminates and Prevents Mold, EPA Registered, Bleach Free, Odorless, VOC Free, For Indoor and Outdoor Surfaces

Presented with a long-term leaking bathroom vanity, mold had infested bathroom floor and ceiling in the room below. Moldy material was removed under negative pressure conditions (I used powerful shop fans in windows) and with HEPA air scrubbers in the living space - we already had 2 Germ Guardian Air Purifiers. I additionally used a 20in box fan with MERV 13 air filter taped to the back to scrub the air in the mold infested rooms. Superficial mold was removed by shop vac with bag and HEPA filter. I wore N95 masks while doing the work, was careful to isolate my work clothes and not wear them around the house. I showered immediately at the finish of a work day. Finally, when everything had been removed, this product was used with a fogger rented inexpensively from a local home improvement store. The fogger can also be purchased. One year later, I am confident that the abatement was successful. Concrobium is inexpensive, effective and absolutely non-toxic. I trust it to protect my family

during home renovation found moisture barrier was never used in the bathroom. upon removing the drywall from the ceiling we discovered a minor mold and mildew issue between the drywall and insulation because no plastic vapor barrier. using a spray bottle i generously applied to affected areas and wiped clean with a rag. after wiping clean i then sprayed another layer to get it moist again and absorb into the rafters. after 24hrs there was a noticeable decline in the wet mildewy smell that became very present when we tore down the drywall. works as described and its an excellent value for the money. also used it in the past to alleviate damp smell coming from crawl space. its something i just keep on hand at this point.

I apply with floor mop to wall every 60 days and mold doesn't come back.

I'd love to say it does a great job, but it's hard to tell in this situation. We have mildew under our house from years of flooding issues in our neighborhood. I ultimately need the house encapsulated and have the mildew remediated. Why the five star review? Well... it's packaged great and easy to use. It has no harsh smell, and it works great in a cold fogger.

Really good quality mold killer. It does leave behind stain so be careful if you use it inside your car or glass. Kills odor instantly and leaves behind no smell or odor. Overall I am happy.

We have used this both to prevent and treat mold in our house. It is great and you don't have to scrub. I have already bought this me than once.

They sent me a gallon of water for $41. Not arguable at this point. I looked through the reviews and saw that other people thought it had zero scent which was the first red flag, it has NO SMELL and looks like plain water no bubbles or anything. It makes you wanna taste it to test it. So I was like ok maybe it’s supposed to be like that .. so I tried it out in my fogger. Zero difference whatsoever a waste of time and money, it is indeed water. I will use this $6 bleach I purchased first and if that doesn’t work I’ll buy the RMR someone else recommended in the reviews that I found for $35 at a local hardware store … both of which are cheaper and likely HAVE to be more effective than doing absolutely nothing. So glad I could return this. That is a lot of money to be wasting on a gallon of water.
