Dear Customer. Thank you for your question. The operation steps of the Pager Wireless Calling System are as follows. 1.The call button keypad has 20 battery charging slots. Each pager is rechargeable and labeled with a number. 2.In standby status, it is usually plugged into the charging slot. While the client places an order, he(she) will be dispatched a pager with a number. 3.When the order is ready, press the keypad to call the number of the pager and the client will get it through the buzzer/vibration/LED indications. Have had these since April number 1 button stuck but the seller is sending mea new base although I have to wait for it coming from China! I was impressed with his contact therefore leaving this review

Aerial is snapped. Doesn't work. Looks 2nd hand to be honest. Parts missing. DO NOT BUY! Go for something else
