Really works and takes the pressure off These are a lifesaver if you’ve got a painful corn. They cushion really well and stay in place for days. Helps reduce the pressure straight away while it heals. Definitely worth having in if you get foot pain like this.

I’m well on in years and I’ve never had a problem with corns or blisters. A couple of weeks ago, I had to walk an unexpected distance in unsuitable shoes in hot weather. My feet were hit and I could feel rubbing along a toe. I ended up with a huge blister on the side of the toe next to my big toe. Very painful and I thought it would go away. It didn’t, it got more aggravated and then infected. I took care of the infection which settled and then decided to look for something protective and chose these. They seem to be helping. The plaster is very sticky and adheres well. There’s a little cushioning and it’s certainly less painful. It’s supposed to encourage healing and after a few days, the skin is soft and less inflamed so I’m hopeful. There are 10 in the pack and they seem good value. Easy to apply and a container to keep them secure. Happy to recommend.

I have used about 5 plasters and my small corn is still there! So wouldn’t say they were very successful.

Picked up the Compeed medium corn plasters and they do the job. Stick on easily, cushion the pressure, and actually help reduce pain when walking. Hydrocolloid technology seems to help soften and remove the corn naturally over a few days. Only minor gripe is you need to keep them dry, otherwise they might peel off sooner than expected. Otherwise, very effective, easy to use, and a proper relief for sore feet.

These plasters have been very effective in removing a longstanding painful corn between toes. They can be very fiddly to apply especially if you have poor eyesight or difficulty using your hands. Peeling off the paper layers is tricky and then applying the plaster in the right spot. The circular part needs to go over the centre of the corn. Wash and dry the skin thoroughly before starting. Avoid oils or creams which will stop the plaster sticking. Leave on for 4 or 5 days if possible. The plaster, when removed takes away dead skin and gradually reduces the corn. I used plasters repeatedly over the same area until no corn remained. The pain reduced early in the start of treatment.
