The description says case friendly, but can anyone confirm if there are any issues with cases such as the Spigen slim armor pro case?

I have the Spigen slim case and I use these screen protectors. I do not have any issues with the case. Take your time installing the protectors.

How do you claim the lifetime replacement? Mine is not sticking near the hinge :(

Is the inner protector the same rubbery texture as the inner factory installed protector?

It is not as rubbery as the stock screen protector. It is also not as much if a fingerprint magnet. It will still pick up fingerprints. But not nearly as bad
