I actually bought this product because I saw a video that it cleaned the arteries to some extent .i am suffering from haemeroids . I don’t know for sure that Lecithin fixed them but since taking lecithin 3 months ago they have nearly decreased to nothing in size and a lot easier to on your bowel . I take 3 tablets each day and have now cut it down to 2 each day . Some people have an allergy to Lecithin but I thought it was worth a try . I must say I am not a doctor and was a little bit wary before I started but I’m glad I did . Best wishes 🙏

Good size dose, no issues taking it
Easy to swallow, no fishy or bitter aftertaste which was a concern going in. 1200mg per softgel is a solid dose without needing to take heaps a day. Bottle lasts a good couple months at normal use. No digestive issues, does what it's meant to do. Would repurchase.

Breastfeeding
You never know whether it’s working or not until you stop taking them. I stopped for one day and got a milk bleb the next day. It definitely works for breastfeeding women!
