I’ve been using the Oakter Mini UPS for a 6 months now. Here’s a quick breakdown: Build Quality: Very compact and doesn’t heat up much. Performance: The transition from mains to battery is instant. My router doesn't reboot at all. Backup: I have a 12V-2A router, and it consistently lasts around 3 hours, which is plenty for most outages. Safety: The deep discharge and surge protection give me peace of mind that my expensive router won't get fried. Pro-tip: Make sure your router is 12V before buying. It won't work for 9V models!

It was working perfectly fine until one day when it wasn't giving any backup. Since mine was in warranty i got a new replacement as well in 72 hours.

I bought it in sept 2024. Initially it worked well. Slowly the backup time reduced and after a year, it is less than a min - like 20 seconds.

Excellent product! The Oakter Mini UPS works perfectly with my 12V 2.5A WiFi router. Setup was super easyand it instantly keeps my internet running during power cuts. I’m getting around 3–4 hours of backup, which is more than enough for my needs. Build quality awesome as compared to other products in this range, and it switches seamlessly without interrupting connectivity. Really helpful for work-from-home and online meetings. Totally worth it! Even when i had issues oakter has replaced and sent new one, customer care support is simply awesome.

I have been using Oakter Mini UPS-12V for about 2 years and fully satisfied with the intended working of the item. When power supply is off, it is able keep my Airtel Xstream fiber router on. Recently, backup time reduced to 15-20 mins only understandably due to wearingoff of battery with time. Still, when contacted the Oakter customer care, they not only responded quickly but resolved the issue also by replacing the item.

UPS is quite good, somehow after one year of usage, It stopped working. Not sure why? However, I got great support from Qakter customer care. It was quick. Customer care was quick enough to reply. I will get the replacement from them. thanks to customer care team. Appreciate it.
