I really like the capability of setting my own resistance to check controllers reading temp and the like. Before I had a bunch of resistors, this makes it so much easier and quicker to change the resistance reading. Such a simple idea in a nice little package.

Feels poorly constructed. The red alligator lead was hanging on by a thread. The black one wasn’t much better. After repairing it seemed to function.

Product works as described however in my opinion it needed some improvements to be useful. I removed the old terminals and added some 4mm female banana jacks, I also added 16 gauge wire as the wiring it comes with is incredibly small. Will mainly be using it to fool sensors and check gauges for troubleshooting, but I also added a fuse just in case. Had about .5 ohms of resistance with all dials set to zero out of the box. And after everything I did it’s now at .3 ohms.

I haven't had a chance to fully test the unit but the thing that struck me right off the bat is that the connectors will not accomodate a standard banana plug., This is a real pain and the only way you can connect this in a circuit is to use a cable with spade lugs. Based on looking at the images I would have thought they would be compatible with a banana plug but that's not the case. I can't recommend the product unless they replace the connectors.
