Perfect for long haul flights!
I had this item in my Amazon cart for a while and almost didn’t buy it. We have a long haul flight coming up and I wanted to get a warm blanket incase the flight was freezing, which can sometimes happen but I was worried that it would be too big and bulky for my carry on. Finally, at the very last minute I decided to buy it and I am so happy I did! I absolutely love this blanket! It is super warm and cosy yet very lightweight and packs into its attached stuff sack easily and stuffed is about the size of a small square travel pillow (and could easily be used as a pillow as well). Love that it snaps into a poncho so that it doesn’t fall off while sleeping on a plane. Quality looks great too (will post again if it turns out otherwise).I am very happy with this purchase and will buy more of these for the rest of my family.UPDATE: Have had this for over a year now and still love it for traveling. It’s just so warm, soft and practical. The blanket itself is made well, no problems there so far but as many mentioned in other reviews, the attached stuff sack has totally split open. Pretty much right away and with very moderate use. Eventually I will just use another separate stuff sack for the blanket once the included one is completely busted. Love the blanket itself so much though that I did buy a second one for my daughter. They do need to improve the stuff sack though. Should definitely last longer then it does.Still think it’s a great buy though.

Better than I could have expected
This blanket is SURPRISINGLY great. I bought it to use on warmer weather backpacking trips and I was skeptical about it when I first received it because it IS very light. But I’ve used it now on around 5 or 6 trips and it’s been great. Exactly what I wanted. Super light, packs small into a built in pocket AND it’s pretty cool and very functional how you can transform it into a sleeping bag using the cinch tie at the foot box and the clips along the length. Also, it’s surprisingly warm. I brought it with me last month when I hiked the Ocean to Lake Trail in south Florida. Had I known how cold the forecast was gonna be I would have packed a warmer quilt BUT I only brought this blanket with me and the overnight temperatures on 2 of the nights I was on trail got down to 39-40 degrees Fahrenheit and while I wouldn’t say I was super warm and comfy this thing kept me from freezing my balls off. (I also wore every bit of clothing I had.) So while I wouldn’t recommend using this bad boy in temperatures that low, it DID waaaaaaaaay better than I would have ever expected. Definitely will recommend this to any backpackers.

Warm even though it's thin.
I bought this to use while walking the Camino in France. I was very warm despite being thin. I like how it packed into a pouch that is part of the blanket. It has a drawstring at the bottom and snaps along the side to help close it when being used like a sleeping bag. If you're tall, you may not be able to straighten your legs and keep your feet covered. The reason for not giving it 5 stars was that the pouch for storing the bag is right in the middle of the side and there aren't any snaps. I found that on cold nights that length of the gap was enough that it let in too much cold air. I also had trouble closing the zipper once the blanket was in the pouch since the fabric got caught in the zipper. I found that if I placed the stuffed blanket so I could squash it, that helped. Overall, it's a nice blanket and did the job without adding a lot of weight to my pack.

Helps for sleeping on a plane or in a car
Since I am in the unfortunate position to frequently take red-eye flights, I purchased this blanket after reading an article about how to sleep better on planes. It is really nice for travel since it is lightweight and stuffs into its own pocket. The snaps and the cinch on one end are really convenient for car and plane travel since I can close up the area around my feet and legs keeping them warmer without feeling overly restricted. Quite warm for the weight too! It’s also very easy to machine wash, I’ve done so a few times already.

Perfect for Backpacking, but Pouch Zipper Broke Immediately
I bought this insulated blanket for backpacking in hot weather, and it is perfect for what I wanted. It's lightweight and easily packable, making it ideal for my trips. However, when I opened the package and tried to take the blanket out, the zipper on the pouch immediately broke. While I bought it mainly for the blanket and not the pouch, I'm a bit upset that the zipper didn't even last 5 minutes. I plan to put the blanket in a different packable sack for my trips. Overall, the blanket is great, but the pouch quality could be improved.

Excellent Travel Blanket
I travel a TON for work and am regularly freezing on a plane or in an airport during an unexpected 6 hour delay. Finding a travel blanket that is warm, light, packable, and easy to clean has proven to be a lot more difficult than I anticipated. However, I'm petty sure this blanket checks all those boxes. The material is soft and cozy despite being "slippery" and it's perfectly warm. I really love that it has snaps and a pull cord so I can make a blanket cave and have some semblance of privacy while I get some rest. My only slight complaint is that it doesn't pack as small as I would like, but the case is attached to the blanket itself so it can't get lost, and can be used as a pillow when not using the blanket so that's a good trade off.

Useless when camping
Usless when camping. Only gets 2 statrs as it is comy and does pack small.First night I got it I tried as my blanket for my night's sleep. The room has AC set to 17 degrees celsiuis. I allowed 3+ hours for it to decrompress from the sewn in bagWhile it was comfy and kept some heat in I felt I would have been warmer sleeping under a fleece blanket, overall definetly NOT worth the money. Even if you are an ultralight camper you would be disappointed in all aspects of this for the cost.I camp out 50 plus nights a year because I am an event caterer, and I am always looking to down size my sleeping kit but not compromise on quality without breaking the bank. For that purpose this was a waste of money. When you are in a warm room/airplane then it is would be comfy. Just don't expect good performance.

Great product, great price and can recommend.
Ive compared this to a well known expensive brand (which ive had my eye on for a while, trying to get it in the sale) and I stumbled across this and its 1/3price. of course it doesnt have same function as the more expensive one but to be fair, who really needs a zip pocket or feet inserts. This does have a drawstring end though which other brands dont. This is pretty much the exact same size, made of the same nylon 20D and there is not bad to say about it. The only improvement which is hard as the pack is part of the blanket, is to compress it better. it could save another 25% in size if it could be compressed. Which when travelling, any way to save space is welcomed.Going to take this travelling with me and ill put it through its tests. unless i come back and review it for flaws, as it stands its a great product for the price $74 (for the dark grey, which strangely all other colours are $20 more expensive).
