Finally the Perfect Pillow – Soft, Supportive, and Fully Adjustable
Impressive! The adjustable design is a total game changer, you can easily add or remove the memory foam clusters to get the exact loft and firmness that works best for you. It’s perfect whether you’re a side, back, or stomach sleeper. The memory foam clusters themselves feel incredibly supportive while still being soft and comfortable. They don’t clump awkwardly, and they bounce back nicely. A great features is also the dual-layer fabric design. The outer quilted cover feels luxurious and breathable, and the inner layer adds an extra level structure. Both layers have zippers, which makes it super easy to access and adjust the filling without any mess or hassle. I’ve been sleeping better since switching to it, and I love how customizable it is. Highly recommended!

It's legit and it rocks
I bought this a little over 6 months ago and have been using it every night since. It took me a few weeks to get the amount of filling right but once I did it's been a game changer. I was starting to have neck pain because my pillow wasn't supportive enough so, I bought the Saybrook Adjustable Pillow cuz I had heard about it on Reddit. Over the last six months, the filling is still firm and holds it's shape. Easy to adjust and clean. There's like the bag with the filling and then a cover on top of that and then I put a pillow case over that so that all helps keep the filling inside and the pillow is very well constructed with sturdy materials. Yeah, idk kind of a rambling review but this thing is great, I wish they had like a long thin body pillow type product cuz I would totally buy that. This thing is great and totally worth the investment if you want a high quality, long lasting adjustable pillow that is firmer and more supportive for the neck.

Comfortable but a little expensive.
Did a lot of research. I came to the conclusion a lot of these shredded foam pillows are real similar. A lot of “propriety blends” to help cool and support. (Seems like marketing). Settled on this one. Took out maybe 30% of the foam and it is still a little too fluffy. But it is for sure a real nice comfortable pillow. Should have gotten the larger size. I would probably get another one in the larger size but the price is a little steep. Not as pricey as some other but still up there. Maybe will try a different brand that is a little less expensive. Overall it is a real nice pillow.

High quality and long lasting
Best quality pillow ever and I have purchased many over the years just to give away. This is my second one in 2 years and the reason for this purchase was because my husband insisted on a well known brand on commercials. He had neck pain and tossed and turned until I convinced him this was better. Now he has been sleeping like a baby and no neck pain.

Very honest review please read
First memory foam pillow I’ve owned after countless standard pillows. I am extremely hard on pillows, I wear out and replace at a 3:1 ratio vs my wife. I’m 6’2” and 230 pounds, a side sleeper primarily but am in all positions of sleeping every night. I need a lot of loft in a pillow so 80 percent of the pillows sold in stores are disqualified for being flat when new. Read reviews of Coop, Saatva, Squishy Pillow, Layr, countless others along with down pillows and ultimately 20 plus articles on pillows. I decided to give this one a try based on the quality of the foam vs others and I will say that it appears to be of high quality and is very consistent without any other filler or irregularities in size . I have not removed any filler at all, this pillow is soft with plenty of loft for anyone and has maybe 10% or less “too much” loft for me but I figured after a month it will be perfect so I left it alone and I was right. The good is it’s holding up well and has great softness and support as you go to sleep and sleeps very cool. The bad is this memory foam pillow definitely has a memory and once you are sleeping it continues to sink well beyond a minimum loft for me. I find myself flipping the pillow in the middle of the night to the non compressed side to regain loft and go back to sleep, my neck is hurting at this time. I awake in the morning with the pillow again compressed and neck hurting, this pain is continuing into the morning of each day for a period of hours. I have never had neck pain, ever, only back pain. It’s very hard to show in a picture the pillow compression but it’s a lot and if you don’t touch the pillow in the morning when you go to bed that night it will be exactly as you left it that morning, compressed. These pictures are taken day and night both and obviously with a heavy head placed it’s worse than the picture. Sadly this pillow cannot make it through the night giving support, you fluff the pillow and it’s good for another period of time but will fade well before morning. Daily neck pain and fading support in a few hours reflects my 3 star review. It will outlast a standard fiber filled pillow no doubt, has plenty of fill and is soft but falls short of a full night sleep. Maybe a smaller back or stomach sleeper will have better luck but expect support to fade hour by hour until flipped or fluffed.

Stomach sleeper - Fixed neck kink in 3 days
First of all, I never leave product reviews, but this seemed significant enough to share with others who might be having the same problems. Secondly, I sleep on my stomach, and have had a hard time finding a comfortable pillow that supports my head, but does not leave my neck feeling kinked up or weirdly aligned. For years I have woken up with shoulder pain and a kink in my neck from sleeping on my stomach with my arm under my head and pillow. I have tried fixing my sleep position, but even when I fall asleep on my back, I wake up on my stomach like this. So it has been a constant problem for most of my adult life. After a ton of research I decided to try these Saybrook adjustable pillows and after three nights of sleeping on them my neck/shoulder pain is completely gone. I ended up buying two of them. Took about half the stuffing out on one (the one I use to sleep on my stomach) and about a third of the stuffing out of the other (the one I use to prop my head up for reading or relaxing in bed). There was actually so much stuffing that I am thinking about buying another case and using the extra stuffing to create a third pillow! 😅 The stuffing is so soft and comfortable. It doesn't bunch up or clump up like many of the others I have tried before. Especially the down pillows or other "premium/luxury" brands. When you lay on it, it feels like a solid pice of foam that just cradles your head and neck comfortably and retains the shape while providing great support. If you are looking for an affordable pillow that will give you a great night sleep while perfectly supporting your head no matter what position you sleep in I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. P.s. When you first get the pillow, remove it from the bag and throw it in the dryer on gentile cycle for about 10 minutes to fluff it up and get the full loft before you start removing or adjusting the foam.

Good support comes with a cuddle.
Adjust the fill for your sleep position. It always adjusts to your head without going flat. As a mostly stomach sleeper, I can push extra where I need it and it still feels like a cuddle. On your back, but not feeling it? Simply push head down slightly and the cuddle magically returns. I use a nose cushion CPAP but this pillow allows me to use a finger to nudge the pillow to accommodate. Holds it shape. Don't forget to fluff pillow when you make the bed in the morning. You will appreciate it the next night. As others noted, I did have to take out about half the filling. This gave the fill room to adjust for that just right, firm but gentle, cuddle. I then ordered some zippered cases and created a second pillow. What's not to love.

This Pillow is a Keeper!
I recently purchased the Saybrook Adjustable Pillow, and I couldn’t be happier. They definitely overstuff it (which I actually appreciate), and I removed about 30% of the fill to get it just right for me. I’m a restless sleeper who switches from side to stomach throughout the night, and this pillow has been incredibly comfortable. I’ve noticed I’m tossing and turning less, which is a huge plus. I also really like the quality of the pillow cover — it feels soft and well-made. I followed the directions to air out the pillow and placed it in the dryer on air for about 30 minutes to avoid any chemical smell, and I’m happy to say there was no issue at all. Last year, I ordered two pillows from another company and the chemical odor was so strong — even after airing them outside for two days — that I had to return them. No such problem here! For comparison, I also purchased the Coop Home Goods Original Adjustable Pillow, and I like that one too. Right now, it’s honestly a tie between the two. I’ll likely order another Saybrook for my guest room because I think visitors will love it as much as I do. This pillow is definitely a keeper — highly recommend!

This is an amazing pillow
Very full of filling, I needed to take a bunch out so it was thin enough for me as a side sleeper. But the filling is quite dense and does not appear to heat up much at night. I have spend hundreds on pillows in the past, so far this one is the best pillow I have ever owned.

No pillow cover included, just packing foam
Woeful experience, I arrived home late really looking forward to finally trying this out. Opened the packing only to find no pillow cover is included only the packing foam. I emptied the whole foam into a bin bag to ensure it wasn't at the bottom and than had to spend the next 10 minutes stuffing it all back in to return it. For the price paid you'd expect better.

Good down alternative pillow
Good quality & finishing pillow. However a bit hard for me even though remove some of its fill. Honestly down feather pillow still the best for comfy rest. Only pitfall it has to be fluff else shape out.
