I re-picked up cross stitching this year (2026) when needlepoint started popping up on my for you page on TikTok. I learned how when I was in elementary school and I was able to just right back in with this project as my first one. It took me about 2 weeks to complete this project. The back stitching was the hardest part and definitely took the longest but I think it still turned out really pretty. I did happen to mix up 2 of the colors with the preprinted code so it may look a little off from the picture but it still looks like a hummingbird and flowers to me! I’m planning to donate this project to my church for a missions fund auction they do every year. We sing the doxology every Sunday to conclude out our time together so it’s perfect!

An easy kit with all needed except a hoop to work it in. Happy to see the Aida 14 cloth was not stamped so it's a true counted cross stitch item. I do not buy stamped kits so I can change colors or add things to the designs if I want, which is impossible with stamped cloth without a lot of hassle. The thread looks all there, the direction chart is clear, a needle was included, I have a hoop so all ready to start! Oh, and bonus, they already stitched the edges of the cloth to keep it from fraying during stitching. The price was also excellent for the contents and especially the message. I will definitely keep and reuse this pattern after the kit is completed. It is an easy project for an experienced cross stitcher but might be a challenge for those just starting out - depending on how adventurous they are! I would definitely recommend trying it as it will be a 'bragging rights' accomplishment to be proud of! 🤓

Old lady here. I needed a cross stitch that I could see well enough with my aging eyesight. I’m past caring what the back looks like or being ashamed to admit that I used a printed pattern instead of counted. I liked the pattern and the hymn quote so I made this for my adult daughter who loves it. I changed up a few things, such as the color of the words and some stuff on the flowers. The ink washed out nicely and here is a photo of it drying. I hope to buy more from this company. Very pleased!

This was a fun cross stitch project. I did run short on the different color thread for steps 1, 3, 10, and 13. I had to use additional thread to complete the cross stitch. All the stamped ink disappeared after soaking.

I've purchased several to complete and give as Holiday gifts. Not hard to complete and look wonderful in silver frames.

I was pleased to find the cloth provided was already stitched on all sides to prevent fraying. I was somewhat displeased with the thread provided. I can only describe it as raggedy.

This cross stitch pattern is colour coded and easy to complete. I gave it to a friend as a gift. It was well received. Lovely colours. Recommended for beginners or more experienced.

I have run out of three colours ! To run out of one ok fair enough two not good three just really poor so now have to go out and buy more threads to add to my cost Very poor
