It does not fit my door dimensions properly . There is no option of return . It is unused and brand new , back in packaging . If possible take it back .

It works exactly as advertised - quite well!
This screen door cat flap provides an easy to install solution for cat entry & exit. It was very easy to install the flap onto the screen door, and the provided instructions were clear and straight forward. One of our three cats figured out how to use the door right away. The second is slowly getting the hang of it, and our third is an old pro that has experience with an older version of this entry method and has no issues. Because this is mounted on a screen vice a solid surface, you do need to be mindful of the overall sturdiness of the installation, but this is to be expected too. I recommend this cat door.
