Is it all waterproof material or just floor is waterproof?

Just the floor is water proof. Top is netted for fresh air and light to go in.

The tent top used mesh fabric, so it can't be completely dark inside.

How many children can fit in?

You could probably 3 to 4 small kids in. My 3 young kids fit comfortably with room for lots of pillows and blankets. Easily assembled too takes up no space for with storage also.
