This Monstera leaf journal is beautiful. The quality is amazing and the pocket at the back is a nice addition along with the pen test pages. The dots are very feint which can take a little getting used to if you’re used to other journals (like Leuchtturm or Archer and Olive) but honestly I think I now prefer the feint dots so don’t let that put you off! The paper is so crisp, thick and white and really is a good step up journal for using pens without ghosting or bleeding. Really happy with my purchase and it’s even better that it’s a UK company. Very good value for money, I would most certainly recommend it!

My oh my am I in love! My journal arrived today and I am over the moon! The scribbles and dot box it arrived in is gorgeous and screams quality. The book itself is beautiful. I can't get over the cover (I opted for the green leaf cover)! The page quality is impressive for the price, it is so smooth and I have put it through its paces on the pen test page and despite my best efforts there is no bleed through and very very minimal ghosting only on the darkest colours. The dots are small and very light in colour which is an improvement on my current journal from a different company. I cannot recommend this enough! *adds one of every colour to basket*

The quality of these journals is outstanding. The paper is such good quality I could use marker pens and fine liners and have absolutely no bleed through at all, so I can use both sides of a page! The cover is super soft and high quality, a gorgeous colour and the cutest little embossed leaf. I am definitely really glad I chose this one, it even comes in a really handy gift box

Such a gorgeous journal! I use it as a notebook for my university as the bookmarks and index pages are really helpful to flip through your notes quickly. The pages are amazing quality and I love that the dots are super faint and subtle. I love the cover and the soft (but sturdy) cover and will definitely buy again! I bought the sloth journal before but had given it a lower feedback as mine came damaged. However, this journal arrived perfectly with the packaging undamaged.

Only giving this 4 stars because I haven't used it extensively, so idk how it stands the test of time. I inted to use it as a replacement for my Leuchtturm1917 so I'm gonna make some comparisons below. Here are a few things that could be useful to consider if you are thinking about which dot grid journal to buy: - Comes in very beautiful box, nice plus if you inted this as a gift. - The thick paper is awesome. It's very white, too, not an off white or cream like the LT. - The dots are a lot less prominent, which I personally like, beacuse drawings, doodles, stickers show up a bit better. E.g. white sticker frames are not so obvious. It almost looks like a blank page at first glance but the dots are there if you need them for guidance. - I'm very impressed by the pen test results. I barely had any ghosting and zero bleed through. I tested it with the following: * Tombow dual brush pens, including black * Faber Castell Eco Pigment liner, black * Arteza brush pens, dark colours * regular ballpoint pen, blue * Versamark, VersaFine, and DewDrop Brilliance stamp inks - gold, copper, black * Caliro Pearl Colors metallic watercolour paint - warm gold Basically zero ghosting for most of the above. Heavy blending with the Tombows did result in a little bit of ghosting, but I really had to try to make it happen and it was still quite tolerable. Huge improvement from the LT where even a regular ballpoint pen shows through the page. The watercolour paint made the page wrinkle a bit. It wasn't too bad after drying. I was quite liberal with the water. - The notebook itself is a bit thicker than the LT, but lays flat nicely even in the middle. Except for the thickness it's the same size. It means you probably won't want to include too many extra layers such as watercolor paper - but you wouldn't need to, either, as you can simply draw/paint on the page directly, the paper can take it. I intend to go easy on stickers and photos in order to avoid making the notebook too thick by the end of the year. - There are a couple of colour and shape options for the cover. I picked the green one with a leaf, it's really beautiful. The fabric feels a bit like nubuck to the touch. - Arrived on time, in perfect condition. All in all, super impressed so far, excited to see what it will look like after a year of use. Hope the above is useful.

This is a beautiful journal and great value for money when you compare it to other competing companies such as Archer and Olive. The paper is thick and nice quality with no bleeding or ghosting from any of my preferred journaling pens (Tombow, Unipin). My only issue is the journal had a slight scratch on the cover when it was delivered but otherwise it is a beautiful book - packaged nicely too so it makes it feel really special.

I bought two and they are beautiful. I'm not using them myself as I have become used to off-white or creamy paper and these have a very bright white paper but my friends are happily taking them off my hands. The cover is beautiful, the binding is great. Packaging is really well done.

The quality of this book is outstanding. The pages are very good quality which I am pleased about as intend to use it for watercolours. The seller had gone above and beyond with how they packed the book. It came in a good presentation box with tissue paper protecting it. I would definitely buy again and recommend to others to buy. Its definitely good value for your money

Mon commentaire va être long, mais ce carnet le mérite tellement !!! J’ai commencé le Bujo avec (comme tout le monde) « l’imprononçable Lxxx 1917 » ...Résultat : Que de blabla pour un carnet dont la qualité des pages n’est pas à la hauteur de son aura marketing ! (J’écris juste au stylo plume) Rebelle que je suis, j’ai changé de crémerie et suis allée chez le concurrent ...Moleskine ! Résultat : Bla-bla-bla ...Ce fut exactement le même constat, MAIS, j’ai fini par trouver mon bonheur dans la version « Art journal » dispo en pointillé ! Donc cool ...Je me suis mise aux gribouillages et autres collages ! MAIS LÀ : J’ai enfin croisé le Graal !!!! Grammage 160 (AJ de M : 120g) On en parle de cette sublime couverture ??? Même pas besoin en fait, elle est juste subliiiime !!!!!! (Douce, originale et franchement, très classe !) La qualité du papier est extra ...Il est doux et mon stylo plume glisse dessus aussi aisément que le dernier couple champion du monde de patinage artistique ! Pour l’aquarelle : Plus besoin de coller les pages pour créer un support qui ne gondolera pas ! Résumé : C’est le carnet idéal !!! PS : Je n’ai pas été payé par la marque pour ce commentaire, Amazon ne me l’a pas envoyé gracieusement ...Et d’ailleurs, Chère Marque : Si vous arrêtez un jour ce carnet, non seulement je vais pleurer comme une gamine de 4 ans, mais il y a aussi de fortes chances pour que je vous fasse un procès ! Bref, clairement les filles, foncez les yeux fermés !!! Et si mon commentaire vous a éclairé, ce serait très gentil de le mentionner ;) PS2 : Nan mais vous avez vu la vidéo que j’ai mis ??? Ich habe das Notizbuch sehr gerne als Bulletjournal genutzt! Es sieht wunderschön aus, das Grün ist toll und der goldene Aufdruck echt schön 😍 es sieht sehr hochwertig aus! Das Papier ist stabil und dick genug, dass Stifte nicht durchdrücken. Es macht Spaß, darauf zu schreiben und zu malen. Die Punkte sind gleichmäßig und nicht zu dunkel und nicht zu hell. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen 👍🏼

Bin auf den ersten Blick sehr zufrieden, macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Das Cover ist mindestens genau so schön wie auf den Bildern und war auch der Hauptgrund für den Kauf. Das Journal ist gebunden und besteht aus mehreren "mini-Papierstapeln". Wenn einer endet und ein zweiter beginnt entsteht so eine kleine Lücke in der Mitte und man sieht relativ deutlich den Übergang, ich finde das gar nicht schlimm, aber ist mir halt aufgefallen :) Dicke Seiten, kein Durchschimmern/Durchdrücken zumindest bei Filzstiften etc auf Wasserbasis. Aber auch Stifte auf Alkoholbasis wie z. B. Sharpies schimmern nur leicht durch, das kann man also verschmerzen, wenn man solche Stifte unbedingt mal braucht. Durch das 160 g Papier sind es auch "nur" 160 Seiten in einem relativ dick aussehenden Journal, aber das ist mir sehr viel lieber als ständiges Durchbluten der Stifte. Nummerierte Seiten, zwei Bändchen, Stiftlasche und Tasche hinten sind alles Sachen, die ich als sehr nützlich empfinde. Das Punktraster ist relativ schwach, was ich gut finde, weil es den Gesamteindruck der Seiten sehr wenig stört. Der hier irgendwo angesprochene Kritikpunkt mit dem verschobenen Raster bei Doppelseiten konnte ich in meinem Journal zum Glück nicht wiederfinden. Aber auch das wäre nicht soo schlimm. Das Buch öffnet sich auch in der Mitte und am Ende noch flach auf dem Tisch, die Seiten können also problemlos gestaltet werden. Das Papier ist wertig, relativ glatt und reinweiß. Von mir klare Empfehlung für den Preis vor allem

Un carnet de qualité ! J’étais assez perplexe quant à la qualité du carnet, mais des lors que je l’ai reçu, tous mes soupçons se sont envolés ! Le papier est épais et de qualité, les points restent relativement discrets et ça c’est un point positif. La couverture est rigide, duveteuse et le filigrane dorée de la Monstera est top et fait tout le charme de ce carnet. La petite pochette de fin permet d’y ranger nombreux stickers et autre. Moi qui souhaitais faire un bullet journal pour mes plantes, celui ci est parfait et réponds à tous mes criteres ! De plus, l’emballage est top, reçu dans une belle boîte noire. En bref, achetez ce produit les yeux fermés, il ne vous comblera que de bonheur quoiqu’il en soit son utilité

Für alle, die wie ich, als absoluten Bullet Journal Nerd, Stunden damit verbringen können, nach dem perfekten Notizbuch zu suchen, schreibe ich diese Rezension - und aus Zufriedenheit. Denn gute Produkte muss man auch mal unterstützen. Ich suchte ein schönes Notizbuch für die zweite Hälfte des Jahres und die Wahl fiel auf dieses hier. In einer Bubble, in der man auch mal gut und gerne 30 bis 40€ für ein punktkariertes Buch, vorzugsweise importiert aus den USA, über Wochen hinweg bangend, dass es doch den Weg nach Hause finden würde, ausgibt, habe ich wenig über Scribble and Dot Notizbücher gehört - jedenfalls in meiner Bubble. Da ich eben erwähntes Geld und die Wartezeit nicht auf mich nehmen wollte, bestellte ich dieses schöne Exemplar und habe es bislang nicht bereut. Der Gesamteindruck überzeugt. Das Cover ist für meinen Geschmack wirklich unglaublich schön, die zwei Lesezeichen sind in Ordnung und die Stiftlasche hat sich als besonders praktisch erwiesen, für mich, die immer den einen Stift sucht. Die Lasche zum schließen des Buches ist ordentlich in der Rückseite des Covers verarbeitet. Die gedruckten Seitenzahlen sind ebenfalls ein praktisches Extra, für jeden Index-Nutzer. Es gibt zwei Index-Doppelseiten am Anfang und drei Pen-Test Seiten (einzeln gezählt) am Ende des Buches. Die Tasche auf der Innenseite ganz hinten ist ebenfalls total in Ordnung. Die Seiten liegen nach einiger Benutzung schön flach, so wie es sein soll. Zu Beginn des Buches gab es ein paar Seiten, bei denen das Punktraster nicht auf gleicher Höhe auf den Doppelseiten war, nicht so wild, aber für Perfektionisten wie mich fällt es dann doch auf. Es waren jedoch auch nur ein paar Seiten. Die Papierqualität ist ich für meine Zwecke sehr gut. Das Papier empfinde ich als recht glatt, sehr weiß und trotz der Stärke nicht zu dick. Für alle möglichen (wasserbasierten) Stifte und Fineliner ist es zweifellos dick genug. Auch ein wenig Wasserfarbe ist ohne Probleme nutzbar, das Papier wellt sich ein wenig, glättet sich beim Schließen aber auch wieder. Ob es ideal für intensive Aquarell- und andere Malfarben-Nutzung geeignet ist, kann ich nicht genau einschätzen. Sticker und Washitape lassen sich einfach benutzen und in der Regel auch wieder ablösen. Alles in allem ist das Scribble and Dot Notizbuch eine Empfehlung. Ich nehme es gern in die Hand und es macht mir Freude, dieses schöne Produkt zu benutzen, darin kreativ zu sein und zu journaln. Für mich ein nahezu perfektes Notizbuch (und das perfekte muss wohl eh noch für mich gebacken werden 😉).
