Hi as far as I'm aware the only set that I've seen of Melissa and Doug's that is like an add on to this is the Melissa and Doug felt food sandwich set. Check it out it's got the same sandwich as this one and various other breads and fillings, all felt. There's also the Melissa and Doug wooden sandwich making set that you might consider which has all wooden pieces and would be compatible as, like this one, it also has velcro attachments. We have a few sandwich sets by other brands and mix and match as they all have velcro attachments and gives us more options to play with. Hope this helps
