Worth it.
Fast shipping from the seller. It does not come with the b-link but does include the mounting screw if you choose to use a goatlink. I used this set up as a 1x10 with an 11-40 cassette and goatlink. Works great. Extremely quite. Clutch system rocks. Huge upgrade.

Bargain buy for a perfect derailleur.
My old XT SGS wouldn't upshift consistently. This new one works perfectly. My bike is not set up for direct mount so I used the mounting link from my old derailleur. No issues and saved 20+ dollars!

Calidad y precisión.
Excelente calidad precio,esta marca me da mejor resultado que otras. Sirve para 10v hasta piñones de 42.Para mayores necesita la patilla de suplemento. Yo lo levo en un 11-50,necesité la patilla de suplemento y añandir dos eslabones.Pierde un poco de precisión al añadir la patilla para un piñon de 50,pero yo estoy satisfecho.

Alle Probleme gelöst.
Zuvor hatte ich das normale Deore XT Schaltwerk welches mir viele probleme bereitet hat. Nach dem ich zu dem Deore XT Shadow Plus gewechselt habe spingt meine Kette nicht mehr, zudem lässt sich dieses Schaltwerk präzise und sauber einstellen. Der Stabilisator sogt aber auch in der City am Trekking Bike für einen ruigen Lauf. Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung.
