No, these are hard mylar flakes, won't fade or dissolve in water

I don’t think so. I’m really not sure.

Does this product sink in epoxy projects?

Hi, these flakes works amazing for epoxy projects, resin works

Can these be used in soap making

I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless you are just using it for decorative soap.

Perfect.

I needed something to look like ice for a costume. This worked perfect. Although it isn't cosmetic glitter I was careful not to get any in my eye. It was easy to use with the adhesive I had and worked out perfect when I applied it. It wasn't too messy to deal with because most flakes are bigger.
