Great for digestion. I have UC and it definitely helped calm my inclination. The taste is good too just like chocolate milk!

The best product!
What a life saver! A friend of mine had some that she didn't take any more and gave it to me. After about a week I started to feel better and I still take it after a year. I even have family that has started taking it and swears by it. Tastes great mixed with just water. Can be hard to find and is pricey.
