This is one of the few that actually delivers on both taste and nutrition.
Opening the container, I immediately noticed the rich cocoa aroma which already felt more natural than many protein powders I have tried. I have tried quite a few plant based protein powders over the years and I can honestly say this one genuinely surprised me. The first thing that stands out is the ingredient quality. Each serving delivers about 21 grams of plant protein sourced from ingredients like organic peas, brown rice, mung bean, and chia seeds which together provide all nine essential amino acids. On top of that it includes around 7 grams of prebiotic fiber which supports digestion and helps you stay full longer. It is also organic, non GMO, gluten free, and made without dairy or lactose ingredients which makes it incredibly accessible for people following plant based or sensitive diets. Mixability is excellent. I tested it several different ways including a simple shaker bottle with almond milk, a smoothie with frozen banana and peanut butter, and even stirred into overnight oats. Every time it blended smoothly with a creamy texture and very little grit. Many plant proteins struggle with that sandy texture but this one manages to stay pleasantly smooth. Now let us talk about the flavor because this is where it really stands out. The Creamy Chocolate Fudge flavor actually tastes like a rich cocoa drink rather than a watered down chocolate substitute. It has a deep chocolate note with a natural sweetness that is satisfying without being overpowering. I also appreciate that it contains no added sugar which is rare for a protein powder that tastes this indulgent. Another major benefit is versatility. This powder works beautifully in shakes and smoothies but it also performs surprisingly well in recipes. I have added it to pancake batter and baked oatmeal and it gave everything a subtle chocolate boost while adding a meaningful protein punch. It feels like a pantry staple rather than just a workout supplement. Energy wise I noticed it provides a steady source of fuel without the heavy feeling that sometimes comes with whey based protein powders. It feels clean and easy to digest which makes it perfect as a quick breakfast shake, a post workout recovery drink, or even a midday nutrition boost. All in all, this protein powder hits a rare balance between nutrition, taste, and versatility. You get high quality plant based protein, digestive support from prebiotic fiber, and a genuinely enjoyable chocolate flavor that makes it easy to look forward to your daily shake. If you are looking for a clean plant based protein powder that mixes well, tastes great, and fits into a wide range of diets then this protein powder is absolutely worth trying. A fantastic option for smoothies, shakes, baking, and everyday nutrition.

Great powder for cost!
I read so many reviews on protein powders and this keeps coming up as an affordable decent powder. I have tried several and for taste, the chocolate is banging good. I add it to yogurt, oatmeal, chia pudding, anything I want a chocolate boost. It is smooth and it does not bother my gut. I know some have mentioned the lead but I do have to say you can find something bad in everything. I read one review of the person stating โomg, I fed to my kids.โ Come one, you likely feed them gold fish crackers too. If you want perfect, well I donโt think it exists. For cost, taste, fairly good ingredients, go with this.

Great Product
Is there something this product could improve on? Yes, because nothing's ever perfect. But as it is right now, it meets my needs terrifically. Let's move on to the review. PRO: - Great solubility. I use a blender bottle (the bottle with a metal ball inside that can help you with blending powders.) Initially when I first combined almond milk with this powder, it still mixed well but there was sediment at the bottom that stuck to the side of the bottle and wouldn't dissolve. I fixed this issue later on by adding milk first and then powder. Problem gone and the mixture was finely integrated. - Taste/Texture. As taste is subjective, I can't say this is the best for everyone. However, compared to hemp seed powder I've tried, this is far less grainy and chalky. There is still a slight powdery/chalky texture, but for me it kind of enhances the creaminess of the shake. I bought chocolate fudge, btw. It does taste chocolatey and not too sweet either, especially after being mixed in a glass or two of almond milk. I'm Asian so my taste buds are really sensitive to Americanized sweets and this product isn't close to that level of saccharine. I can't taste the stevia aftertaste that some reviewers mentioned, but if youre sensitive to it, you can always add a different kind of sweetener to the mix. I also enjoy the fact that this powder doesn't have a slimey feel to it unlike egg protein powder. It makes me a little sick thinking about that. Only thing is, the consistency is a little thick. It is like a shake. I'm not a shake kind of person, but I can adapt to it as the taste is acceptable. Digestibility/Adaptability. One big plus for me was the fact that this is all vegan and dairy-free and egg-free. I'm lactose-intolerant so I can't buy milk protein powder. The ones that don't contain any lactose tend to be really expensive, not to mention the idea of drinking cow milk everyday makes me feel uncomfortable (in the sense that their milk is really not that healthy.) Egg protein powder was great for me at first, but over time the egg powder became slimey when mixed, which you can imagine my distaste as i gulped it down. I also really didnt like the Stevia aftertaste of the product i bought. This product isn't slimey and doesn't have Stevia aftertaste (not from what I could tell anyways). But i was at first anxious after reading reviews about how this powder makes some people go to the bathroom frequently. I've tried glucomannan powder before (practically all fiber) and I was terrified that this powder will have the same effect on me. I just can't take high fiber content foods. I also don't eat enough of it in my diet, so in my head I was scared that drinking something like this would also cause intense BM. Well, let me just say that that hasn't happened yet *cross fingers.* It's been my third day drinking this and no laxative effect at all. It hasn't caused me any biological problems. Satiety. I honestly have trouble finishing a big blender bottle of this stuff. I'm always somewhat full after drinking half a bottle. It's hard to drink more. The shake with just almond milk & powder can be a little thick so I have trouble chugging the whole thing down. But it does fill me up nicely. I can skip a meal with just one shake with 2 scoops of powder. It helps to restrict my caloric intake. Price. I got this on sale for like $17? My egg powder protein used to cost $30, now it's like $60 for one big can. I'm not interested in milk-based powders due to digestive issues. So that leaves others like hemp, other vegan powders. This price is very reasonable and great value. I will buy again.

No quacks.
I'll preface this by stating that I try to never review a product until I've been using it for at least two+ weeks. So after two weeks and going to the gym 6 out of 7 days a week, here's an honest opinion... Pros: - Ridiculously easy to mix -- could just mix it with my eyes. - Stevia over other synthetic sweetners/sugars (some may find Stevia disgusting, for me, I find the taste decent enough to put over my cereal) - No stomach issues to report (I'm severely lactose intolerant and have several other food allergies that have put me in the ER) - Priced fairly well for what it offers compared to other competitors Cons: - Taste -- SUPER chalky -- probably one of the worst tasting powders I've tried (1 star off) - Minor gripe -- the scoop was buried deep in the pits of powder hell. I tried to fish it out with a knife, spoon, and fork... no dice. I finally cursed, "[dang-diddly diddly do-dang]," brought out the jaws of life and buried my hand in. Despite using my hand, I still had to do some casual spear fishing for a few minutes until I finally got it out. (1 star off). Other thoughts: Despite the taste, this powder is one of the few out there that doesn't give me the rumbley tumblies or the quacking ducks, so I can't complain too much. My intestines are thankful for the lack of dairy ingredients, as well as the E.R. doctors being thankful for not having to inject muscle relaxants/fluids into me at THREE-IN-THE-MORNING(twice). While it doesn't contain as much protein per scoop as other competitors, it offers a great choice for those who are like me and have severe food allergies, but still want their protein. A good product that has the potential to be great, but definitely needs a bit more work in the taste department. Otherwise, this will be my go-to protein for the time being. Overall: 5/7 stars.

Great product and price
Great product for a great price . Taste is better than other protein powders I have tried . Iโm already on a second container of this product. No side effects of bad after taste.

Good taste and filling
I like this product particularly because it is plant based. I use it in my nutriblender as I found that the hand shake blender ball type cups did not mix it well enough and it was gritty. I think it needed more power to blend than my shaking could provide . When mixed with a cup of soy milk and a cup of water and 8 ice cubes plus some hemp and chia seeds (1 T each), I find it is smooth and icy which is how I prefer to drink it. That starts my day with approx 30 gm protein and Iโm generally not hungry until mid afternoon

Great Flavor and Very Filling
This protein powder is great at helping me meet my health goals. It is high in both protein and fiber which helps keep me full! It makes a great breakfast (I love it combined with milk, powdered peanut butter, and a banana). It is one of the best tasting protein powders that I have had and it has been great in both protein shakes as well as overnight oats or even protein desserts! Highly recommend this to everyone who wants a vegan protein source!

Change in ingredients
Iโve been buying this stuff for years and never had an issue. They must have changed the ingredients in the natural favor, because now Iโm having an allergic reaction. Iโm very disappointed.

One of the better plant based choc protein powders
This one tastes like chocolate fudge - have tried a few other brands but this one is pretty true to taste.

Best tasting plant based shake
By far the tastiest chocolate plant based shake. A little too sweet and caloriea little 'high' compared to other brands but overall it is probably what i will buy again. Mixes well. Not grainy.

Best protein powder
Organic, tasty ( even with water only), good nutrition facts number 21g protein and 2g fiber no sugar and some vitamins, no stomach issues like with whey protein, not thick and heavy on stomach like some plant protein. I have tried a lot of protein powders (plant and animal protein powders) so far this is the best.
