Chef's Classic 9-Inch Nonstick Bakeware Deep-Dish Pie Pan

I’m very impressed with the weight and size of these pie pans, have never had any as sturdy. They look and feel like they belong in a professional bakery. I’m the Pie Queen in my family and have a reputation to uphold ; - ) The depth of these pans makes for a very full pie. Can’t believe the great price for this quality.

Absolutely the best pie tin I've ever owned. I made a lemon meringue pie tonight. I had to pre bake the pie shell. It baked perfectly even and even browning. This pie tin fits a store bought crust perfectly, so I'm sure my homemade crusts will fit. It's a heavier pan, which conducts heat evenly. This is a 9inch deep dish. It makes a nice big family pie. You will be very happy with this product, and the current price is literally a steal. Get one or two!

Very nice pie plate. I purchased it because I saw a chef state they are great for keeping pie bottom crusts from getting soggy. It was a great price and definitely worth the money. I am learning, as an older citizen, so much I never knew about cooking when I was younger! Save years of trial and error and use the good stuff right away. This pan is thick and sturdy. I am only using thsi for pies, so far.

Love this pie tin. A lot of recipes call for dough to be refrigerated or put in the freezer prior to baking. With this pie tin, I have no fear of thermal shock like I would with a glass pie plate. I also really like that the pan is a deep dish.

Deep enough for pies or quiche dishes without overflow during cooking. Cleans up well.

This pan is worth the money. It is surprisingly thick material. I was worried it might be thin and and easy to disfigure with a knife. This is a quality piece of bakeware that will last You won't be disappointed.

Where has this deep dish pie pan been my entire married life, almost 40 years! I struggled every year making pumpkin pies and not having enough pan space for the entire batter! I just made a pumpkin pie and it's absolutely gorgeous, no spills, more than enough space for the entire batter! I now own 2 of these pans. Worth every dollar!! Thank you, Amazon!

Buen material, buen grosor y mi pay quedó bien crocante de abajo y los laterales. A diferencia que otros moldes de menor calidad que no logran el dorado y la crocancia necesaria. Aparte es profundo para los pays estilo americano altos y con mucho relleno.

Good for baking pies

So many times, I have wished that I could put my deep dish pyrex pans under the broiler to give things a finishing touch. Now I can do that with this great nonstick bakeware pan. It is sturdy, and adequately deep enough to do the job that I require it to do. Finish is great and I am not using metal utensils in it thanks to the previous reviews from other buyers.

Perfect size and perfect for oven

I used this pan for the first time this week and found it to be the perfect size for my family. The cooked pie was also easily removed from the pan without any breakage - it didn't stick anywhere. Very happy with it.
