A SECRET TO A HEALTHIER LIFE STYLE - KEEP YOUR Ph BALANCED Who can benefit from measuring their pH levels? We all instinctively know balance in everything is important. pH level is a key indicator on how well your body is regulating itself. Activities, lifestyle, and food play a key role in your pH reading. Knowing where you are will help you make better choices. Which is more accurate - Urine or saliva? In our opinion urine is more accurate and reflective of your pH level, but remember that urine is acidic anyway as representative of body waste, so reading will be in most cases more acidic than saliva. A urine reading between 6.5 to 7. is neutral. What does an acidic reading mean? It could just reflect a meal of fast food with super-sized fries and a milkshake. If the reading is consistently acidic regardless, it could mean your body is struggling to balance, and there might be reasons of concern. What is an ideal pH level? An average reading above 6.75 reflects balance How often should I use test strip to check pH? One reading is not enough, at first you should do at least 3 times a day , preferably 2 hours after a meal. The myPH app will help average readings. Do I need to download the app to use this product? No, we have included a color chart inside each box. You can record manually, but the app makes is simple and easy to obtain your average reading. Can I use app with other brands? Yes and No. Yes we encourage you to try and happy to share, but the color readings on other vendor strips may not match ours. If you are sure of your reading, please record in the app and use it to average your pH. Review: Strips Work Quickly and Easily. App is Helpful in Keeping Records. - My pH strips from Rehydrate Pro are a set of 100 2-color pH strips in a plastic case. The strips are sensitive from pH 4.5-9.0 , in 0.25 increments. They are 3 1/8 inches (8 cm) long, so your fingers are well out of the way. The strips are optimized for measuring pH in saliva or urine, not in other liquids. The case is 3.5 x 2.75 x 3/8 inches in size, made of hard, clear plastic. The chart for deciphering the colors on the strips is inside the case, protected by the plastic, so you can easily see it. I sometimes have trouble getting the lid off the case, but it is a practical size and protective. Rehydrate Pro also provides a free app for recording and tracking results on mobile devices. If you are using saliva, the instructions recommend testing at least 2 hours after eating. Urine can be tested any time. Wait 10 seconds for results. The strips change color immediately, but some subtle changes may occur up to 10 seconds, and the color scale is pretty subtle. The instructions give guidelines for what would be a normal pH, though itโs an average over time that matters, not a single reading. There is more information on this in the app. Generally, you donโt want to be too acidic. Various diets encourage testing of pH. Itโs significance may be questionable, but, if you want to give it a try, these strips make it easy. The strips and app make a handy kit. The app is available for iOS and Android. In the Apple App Store, search for โMy pH Tracker.โ There is some information about pH in the app, a place to record your pH history, graphs of your pH history, a hydration calculator that tells you how much water you need, and optional reminders for the pH tests and hydration. The app has one big advantage over recording your results on paper: it averages results automatically. You can also record how you feel โtired, hungry, thirsty, healthy- when you test your pH, to see if it is associated with any particular condition. When you add data, the color chart is displayed, so you can use the chart in the app or the one on the box. [In compliance with FTC rules, I am disclosing that I received a free product for review.] Review: Good test strips, lousy case. - I do like these test strips, they are easy to use, easy to read the results and I am happy with them overall. However, the hard plastic case that they come in is something else. It is a pain in the a** to open and then reclose the lid to the case. It's on real tight and you have to wiggle it back and forth to get it off, and then you have to force it back on. I do not blame the seller for this, since they probably buy the cases from a third party, but they do need to find another company to provide the cases. I finally took all the test strips out of the case and put them in a small zip lock baggie. Also, I would advise that if you chose to keep the test strips in the case, just do NOT try and open the case while you are standing over the toilet. I ALMOST spilled all the strips into the toilet, while I was trying to open the stupid case. This is why I put them into a baggie and tossed the case.

Makes your eyes hurt and raises blood pressure
Worst possible plastic case, I broke mine trying to pry it open with a penknife. There is no exact match for the color of my strips so far and it is like trying to judge a house paint color against a color fan with very, very, tiny differences in shade. I'm somewhere between 6.0 and 7.0 which tells me nothing. Even black coffee is hard to decipher, it is definitely acidic but 5.0 to 5.75 is as close as I can be sure of. I'll keep trying but so far I am not impressed but I am frustrated as hell.

Reordered / works well!
Nothing too fancy here. Purchased to keep tabs on my dog's urine pH as she has has issues with UTI'S and bladder stones (if you have had a dog with this problem, you can relate....struvite stones form in bladder with bacteria and alkaline pH....). I catch some of her urine and then dip the paper strip in. FAST response. Then you compare to the chart they supply. I am sure a machine at the vet's would be 100% accurate, but this is very good for getting, I believe, a pretty accurate read on things. You will get good at the subtle shade differences of the yellow and green squares. AT the very least, these are great for letting you know if you have a problem! I gave product five stars despite one issue....NOT related to product per se, but the company needs to change the ease with which one can open the plastic container!!! Initially, I wasn't sure I could get it open! Sort of rocked it back and forth and pulled up. BE CAREFUL you don't pull so hard the strips jump out! Terrible design. I close it only halfway to keep strips dry and secure but to avoid that again.

The proof is in the ...?
I do not think these strips work. I have been on the Acid/Alkaline diet for two months, feel great, have shed more than 10 lbs, and am no longer feeling the side effects of fibroids, yet these strips consistently read that my body is in a high to moderate acidic state. I'm so confused! In addition, I could not find the free app to download.

Using to try to conceive
I did a lot of research on different ph strips as I'm gonna be using them while I try to get pregnant and it seemed so hard! It seemed like almost all had something to complain about. I was gonna just get a digital reader but that was gonna be SO EXPENSIVE! so I just decided to buy these ones first to see how they work and since they weren't expensive and I am SO glad that I did. They do exactly what they are supposed to do easy to read and can't beat the price!

good product
I bought this product so i could monitor the pH level of my body. Acidic conditions are associated with a myraid of health problems so it is important to keep your body around 7.4ph. These strips work well and seem accurate. My one complaint is the plastic casing for these strips is hard to close and leaves one fumbling around a bit. Otherwise, good product
