Good, but somewhat disappointing
I’d expected more than this from Nutoras. For this price, that is. It’s not hard enough for a Parmesan, though the crumbliness is excellent. The flavour is, well, kind of what I’d expect from a Parmesan but it’s too low on saltiness. Overall, I’d call this a “mild Parmesan” if there were such a thing.It grates wonderfully, I must say.In terms of value for money, well, this product is disappointing; for a 100-gram block as a yummy side dish or treat, it’s too expensive.

I appreciate that there is locally made Parmesan cheese in India now. However it is still not the quality that allows one to enjoy it with a slice of bread or a cracker. The taste is just off for that. I am used to aged cheese. Maybe that is the problem that the cheese is not aged. I suspect it will work fine in cooking. I have not tried it in cooking yet

Parmesan ? Just a lie. Tastes nothing like it.
.'Artisans' the only art they seem to know is conning. Don't waste your money on this, it tastes no different to something that you'll buy for a third of the price. Amazon should take this product down immediately.
