I’ve been debating getting one of these body brushes for a while because I kept seeing them everywhere, so I finally gave in and tried it. After using it consistently, I can honestly say I understand why people swear by dry brushing. The rough patches I had on my outer thighs and upper arms have noticeably improved, and my skin overall feels much smoother and healthier. It does feel a little harsh at first if you’re not used to this type of exfoliation, but I adjusted quickly and now it feels like part of my routine. The brush itself is comfortable to hold, easy to maneuver, and the rubber sections are much softer than they look, which makes the grip really nice in the hand. It feels sturdy and well made without being awkward to use. Very happy I finally picked one up — this ended up being a great addition to my shower/self-care routine.

This brush has the perfect mixture of texture. It is not too rough and is broken up with the rubber nodules inserted. It feels good against the skin even at a light touch. The band stays on the hand pretty well even though I wish it was an adjustable band.

I have been using this for 6 months now.. 2 minutes a day for lympatic massage to my inner thighs and actually have seen a difference. My inner thigh "cottage cheese" skin is actually smoother and appears more even. So it does work for cellulite. The massage I do is actually a bit more forceful than the typical just light brushing, and I found that gets results faster. Basically what it is doing is lympatic massage and helping to break up the cellulite so that I can be flushed out faster through our lymphatic system Some of the other reviews say that it feels very rough on the skin, but that is not my experience. It is a brush and it is designed to exfoliate, so it does not feel soft on the skin, but that is the whole point. It feels to me like getting a light scratch, so it feels pleasant. White dead skin is sometimes visible on my lower legs, thus I guess it works as an exfoliant. It is great also as a "scratching tool" by the way. Of course, I do not press it into my skin, nor I brush through in a hurry, both of which can make the "scratchy" sensation worse. The only downside for me is that the strip to hold it is not tight enough for my hand, but my hands are thin and petite, so I assume this problem does not arise with "normal-sized" hands. I use it before the shower to improve the exfoliation process and as a scratching tool if I have an itch.

The brush does what it says it will do, but the hard plastic parts hurt.

I’ve been using this everyday in the shower for my cellulite. I notice a slight difference but my friend mentioned today that they noticed a difference in my cellulite.

It best for skin health as well as for blood circulation, hepls to remove fatigue, increases blood flow and remove dead cells. Best to use before shower. But dissapionted with packaging because I was expecting a product box to keep it after use but anyways, it's the best product guys.

Bristles are not as stiff as advertised, but it is better than the other 2 I ordered, so I guess I will keep it because I'm tired of ordering products and being disapointed

Bristles are little bit hard. And the product opens at the pasting place.
