Can I add a second microphone?

Yes, you can but only one JBL Partybox On the Go wireless microphone can be connected at a time. If you have a wired mic, you can connect it using the mic port.

Is it come with one or two wireless microphone?

Our JBL Partybox On-The-Go comes with a wireless microphone already linked with the speaker as a factory default setting. You can add a wired microphone to be plugged into the mic gain port located at the top of the speaker. You can also connect another wireless microphone (sold separately). A maximum of 2 wireless microphones are supported or 1 wireless and 1 wired.

So this is a mono unit correct?

Our Partybox On-The-Go speaker is not a Mono unit as it has a 5.25" (133mm) woofer and two 1.75" (44 mm) tweeters for better sound quality.

Will this be loud enough for a wedding reception?

This will depend on how big the venue is. We would recommend our Partybox 1000 as a Partybox On the Go might not be loud enough for such a large crowd.
