work very well and whenever my bars but a tree they did not fall out. i did although have to take off a star because on one of the bar ends the plastic was twisted when i took it out of my bike and when i put it back it didn’t fall out so that’s good.

I am stupidly happy with this purchase! Bought for my Ergon 3 Grips, which notoriously come with cheap bar ends that pop out with the slightest bump or hit. Then, you end up getting water and dirt in your bars and it's not really the safest (pro races actually have a pre-ride check for the existence of bar ends and you can't race without them). Anyway, I was going to buy some Wolf Tooth expanding bar ends that probably cost as much as the grips, but then found these. I wasn't sure I liked the look from the photos (the deep indentation for the screw looked a little clunky to me), but I love the pop of color of the oilslick ("rainbow") bar ends on my Yeti. They mostly look purple with a thin ring of blue around the edge that compliments the turquoise of my bike. I also realized that the flat bar end with the indentation for the screw is probably the least likely to get damaged when things go south. Anyway, these things look great, but better than that, they work! I have crashed them already on a big tech rock feature. Scratched the coating a bit, but they did not fall out! I'm really please to not have to worry about the bar ends anymore and to have a cheap, sexy solution.

Just ask any cyclist over 40 and they’ll tell you that anodized parts are just faster! These look great and are easy to install with a single Allen screw. Just slide it in and tighten it up.

Great replacement for the stock plastic ones that fell out of the drop bars on my Giant gravel bike. Look good, easy to install, and durable, with a great color match.
