Ordered these light up cubes for a kids party & they absolutely loved them.

The kids and adults were impressed with these light up flashing plastic ice cubes. They turned on when the liquid hit them. When we finished using them and dumped the containers out into a strainer, I washed them with warm water and then placed them on the counter to dry. They stopped flashing. I plan to use them again soon. Hopefully they will work.

These Light up cubes were a big hit with the kids. They don't go on till they are put into water/drink no on off switch. When you take it out of the drink and dry them off they turn off. It says the cubes have 12 hrs of battery life

We used these for a little party we had. I first washed them in warm soapy water and rinsed them. When they hit the water, they immediately turned on. I then placed them on a paper towel to dry, and they turned off relatively quickly. They did well in the drinks of each guest. Since the expected battery life is 12 hours, and our party was only about 5 hours, I washed them again and placed them out to dry. Two of the cubes would not turn off. Upon closer examination, liquid had gotten into each of these two. The battery on one of them died by the following day, and the other took a week to completely die--although the light became very weak after a day. So, they worked well for the most part. However, we have had cubes in the past that allowed you to change the battery, that had an off/on switch, and that allowed you to set it for random colors or your choice of a solid color. I wish we still had this type of cube available, but I wasn't able to find anything like this anymore. They're a little pricey for just one or two uses.

Great for parties

They served their purpose for a few hours. The colors are very pretty and fun. However, after only that one time and as I was collecting them to rinse, dry and store for next time, I noticed that many of them had liquid inside and looked like the battery was corrosive already. Others were not turning off at all. Definitely good for only one time.

These are so fun! They were a great addition to the party. Every single one worked and I even washed them the next day and saved them for another time. I woke up and there was still one going in a glass!
