Output: 200V-220V-230V-240V (Select able) You can change  the output  on the LCD screen with two functional buttons. The factory pre-set for the output is 220Vac/ 50 Hz

Hello, this unit can have its output frequency changed to 60 Hz on the lcd screen but output voltage will be 220 volts. If you want just 220 volts/ 50 Hz input and 120 volt / 60 Hz you can select from our step down series

I have to rephrase my previous question. i have 3 110v/30a/60hz single phase outlets on the dock. can i output them together into a single 220v/50 ?

please visit this link and to the left one of the images are the specifications. The UX-3K model , requires 240 volts 60Hz input and maximum input is 20 Amps. You need to discuss this with a licensed  Electrician , they know how to make 240 volts from two 120 volts. Please pay attention to the outlet required for the UX-3K unit to be plugged in. Please note that the maximum output on this unit at 220 Volts 50 Hz is 12.5 Amps. Before purchasing the unit, lets keep communicating . Most importantly is your application , meaning what are you trying to run on the 220 Volts 50Hz. The maximum load cannot exceed the 12.5 Amps. The start-up current can be up to 37 Amps  for about 250 mS ( milliseconds)
