STOTT PILATES: Intermediate Reformer 2nd edition

Have all of the essential exercises on the reformer mastered? This gives you detailed instruction and demonstrations of nearly all of the intermediate level exercises. These exercises require noticeably more strength and coordination than the essentials, but none are impossibly hard. This is one of the Stott DVDs designed for instructors, so the approach is more comprehensive than a regular routine would be, as every exercise is covered (not something you would typically do in a single workout), and it's discussed as how you would help a client. That said, the step-by-step demonstration of each exercise is extremely useful.

Nice clear instructions and demonstrations

This DVD is designed for instructors to use/learn in their classes. I found it informative and have used it a couple of times to exercise, but would have preferred one designed for consumers.

The machine didn't require a lot of assembly so I had it together and ready to use in no time. It is heavy so you need 2 people to move it when boxed. Once it is out of the box you can slide it across the floor. The machine is of the same quality as the Stott reformer I have used at a local studio only lower to the ground. Very sturdy and smooth sliding. The DVD's are very basic so if you have experience using a reformer you will want to order more advanced training DVD's. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

While some of the exercises are good and more advanced in this video, the pace is WAY too fast for someone at home trying to change his/her own springs.

Got my new DVD but it doesn't play properly. Scratches on the DVD. Returning them.

Entrenamiento Completo, pero de me hizo muy largo Demasiados cambios de posicion y el doblaje al español es de España, el doblaje lo hace más aburrido aún. Por fortuna también se puede elegir sin doblaje, solo la música

Sono molto soddisfatta, spiegazioni chiare, precise, il secondo dvd con le diverse modifiche ed i cuings veramente interessante, amo il metodo di spiegazione della Stott Pilates. Ovviamente è un materiale per gli istruttori pilates, nulla può sostituire un buon istruttore al tuo fianco, spiegando e facendo le correzioni necessarie per un buon allenamento in tutta la sicurezza.

Ya conocía este tipo de material formativo, pero lo realmente interesante es que he podido adquirirlo a un precio muy competitivo.
