KENT Zoom Vacuum Cleaner, Cordless, Hoseless, Rechargeable 130Watt Vacuum Cleaner with Cyclonic Technology, Bagless Design and Multi Nozzle Operation

I m writing this review after using it for 1year. Its a good value for money product. Pros: there is no cord, you can take it anywhere in the corner of the house, suction power is good, cleans all cobwebs, sliding doors edges, drawrs, floor mats and carpets, sofas very effectively. You don’t have to clean the bag frequently. Since it is cordless, east to clean your car and 2 wheelers. Only con is that the charging doesn’t stay for long, having said that if it is fully charged i can clean the house ( 1000carpet) at one go. Overall great purchase.

I have purchased this product 5 months back . I have used it for almost 20 times. Very good product . It's very handy. I have used it in minimum mode. It can easily work for 1 hour in minimum mode. Few times I have tried in maximum mode. Suction power is good. Not heavy. Every corner of the house also can be cleaned with this one. It takes upto 4 hours to Full charge. Before buying I have contacted the customer service number to check whether they will attend the call and give service because I saw the reviews against them regarding the service. But at this time I can't give a proper review on this because when we need customer support at that time only we can clearly tell how they are going to attend our issue . After 5 months I am telling that everyone can buy .No issues with the product . But the good thing is that if we charge and if it is not used for 15 days also the battery charge will not dry out. One thing is important whichever product we buy it depends on how we use. If you use continuously it can get damaged. I am of the view that we must give some break and not use it continuously . Till now it's ok. Try to use it in minimum speed. Very good product .

Amazing product. Very useful, takes away all the dust from floor, curtains, windows and what not. Charge last for more than 30 mins. With one charge I used twice.. I was able to do it. It is really good. Those who have dust allergy, this will save you.. I use it twice in a week and its amazing. Let me see how long it lasts. Its been only a month since I got it. Filters are easy to clean. It's not heavy. It can be hung on wall. It's easily chargeable.. totally loving it !!!! I highly recommend it. Even my brother bought seeing how useful this is. If it lasts long then its completely worth the money.

I bought a Kent vacuum cleaner from Amazon. It worked fine at first, but after the warranty expired, it stopped working properly. I contacted Kent customer care many times – by phone and even through their official app. I also requested paid service and was ready to pay the charges. It’s been weeks now, but no one has come to fix the vacuum cleaner. Every time I call, they just say, “We will send someone soon,” but nothing actually happens. This is really disappointing. If you are planning to buy any Kent product, please think twice. Their after-sales service is very poor, and once your product is out of warranty, they do not care. Don’t fall into the trap like I did. Spend your money on a better brand that actually cares for its custmers.

I been using vaccum cleaner for about some time now , does the job decent suction power , tools are great help 1.cobwebs ✓ 2.dust ✓ 3.tiles ✓ 4. Light weight ✓ Over all decent product. Go for it

Likes- 1. Very effective in sucking dust . I was shocked to see the quantity of dust hudden inside bed 2. Easy and handy. First vacuum cleaner which actually gets used :) rather than lieing in its corner , waiting to be picked up by somebody. 3. Plastic quality is good. I think it will be durable . 4. Most painful aspect of any vacuum cleaner is the leakage from joints. The quality of joints is really good . No leakage found. 5. Noise is bearable. 6. You can throw away the collected dust with a single click of button , after holding the unit above dust bin. This is far more useful than it seems. Dislikes- 1. Bit of a calculated risk by investing in a product, which is first vacuum cleaner from Kent . 2. The charging point joint should have been a bit more robust. It is quite small pin and may get damaged easily. 3. Aftersales service is yet to be experienced. Hoping that this will be at par with expectations. 4. Little heavy for elderly for cleaning walls . Overall :- If you are interested in enhancing quality of hygiene in home, and don't want to shell out huge amounts for imported brnads , this is a mist have device at reasonable cost and really better than expected performance.

Amazing product from Kent... I got it for 6300 after cashback and other promo... Great battery life (almost 30 mins). The LED light and roller on the floor head are great features. Suction power is good for day to day operations, like vacuuming hard floor as well as carpet. Then there is high speed mode if you need even more power. Handy and lightweight - within 2-3 days one will become habitual of carrying and using it for good 20-25 mins (which is sufficient to vacuum whole home even for a novice like me). Note - Don't expect wired vacuum cleaner like suction from this. Yet from my experience of using wired vacuum cleaner for more than 10 years (used occasionally), and a month of using Kent Zoom (used daily) I never felt it lacks suction power. Bonus of having this is portability, ease of use, and silent operations (it is much silent than the wired ones)
