Like the project ideas
This four book series is as good as its user. As with all the books you decide what you like. I like the fourth book with the projects for all levels. The previous three tell out how to begin, what you need, how to maintain and where you learn. You can use for personal or professional. I love how this 4 in 1 book gives an understanding of how to use a Cricut Maker, how to make things with it, projects ideas and design space. This book helps to show how you can even get a return on the investment of the Cricut maker. We all know they are not cheap. Providing the know how on the the machine itself, what to do with it, the area that you will work and projects to use do on it all rolled into one book. Now why couldn't this have come with the Cricut itself.

Great four book collection
If you're looking into the Cricut, this bundle could be a great start for you. It goes over the various models of the machine and what all you can do with it. I like that there are project ideas for you to use to practice your crafting. There's also a listing out of common struggles for beginners and what to do about them or to avoid them. I loved that each book had a glossary of common vocabulary and terms used with a Cricut and this type of crafting. I also like that when you got to the project ideas, they were separated into levels of difficulty so you could start at the beginner stage and move your way up to the advanced projects.

Some helpful info but book could really have used some editing!
There is some helpful information in this book, however I don't know it was worth the almost $30 pricetag. This is 4 books in 1 and there is A LOT of repetive information. Also, it could have used some editing as some of the things just don't make sense. Examples such as "you should use the plainest baby wipes you can find to add cornstarch, solvents, or oils to your cutting mat" when what they were trying to say is you SHOULDN'T use wipes with these things. In another chapter describing materials that you can cut with the Cricut it says "While you can cut things like diamonds, silver, or gold, you can try to make a beautiful pair of leather earrings." I believe they meant you CAN'T cut those things and in another entry talking about making fabaric coasters it says the Cricut can cut and SEW them (it doesn't sew). I was also quite confused as to why they used 6 pages to "show" the different colors the Cricut comes in yet all the pictures are in black and white. Also, this book is billed as a guide for the Cricut Maker but spends a lot of time describing how to use other models. As I said, there is useful information, especially since the Cricut doesn't come with any manual, but perhaps there is another book that is more targeted just to the Cricut Maker and not as expensive.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS - Even though 1st Chapter is supposed to be all about that.
This is only my second negative review ever and my first single star rating. This might be at the top 5 of my least impressive products I have purchased off of Amazon. There is NO index which in any book which in my opinion, is a MUST for beginners in any craft or study. It is extremely hard to follow and has way too much information I don't need (too many project suggestions and not enough how to instructions). As an example, trying to find the descriptions of the mats and what each one is used for was ridiculous. I found it faster, copied the information and images and made myself a guide faster than I could find it in the book. Sorely disappointed.
