A flathead screwdriver and ideally a second set of hands (and the included allen wrench).

Can this be used for someone who is very tall? (6'9")

no - I am 6' tall and it is perfect for my height. Any taller it would be difficult to use.

Can you move the knee pads? At work we have one that you can move the knee pads by turning the pad.
