Giving these 5 stars because they are satisfactory. This is a real review I will try to keep it brief. The lights are good. They came working and the controller connects well with my device (Iphone 13) The installation process isn’t difficult but it depends on what car you have and what you’re willing to do to mount them via how you want to mount them. The only issue I had was it didn’t fir too well on my vehicle (2008 Nissan Altima) and the wiring was difficult to mount to the car. It was janky lol. But they look good at night and have enough different modes or scenes as Govee calls it. They lasted me for a solid year sticking onto the car before they began to fall off. Keep in mind they went through a full summer and winter and a lot of miles. One thing I would like to add is they are completely visible during darker hours but with any daylight you most likely will not be able to see them. I would recommend this kit as a good starter kit. It is simple and good quality as long as you take care of them. Keep in mind that my installation is not the best example but this video is the product in use.

Ok so I have been wanting to do this for a while now. I am waiting on my coilovers to arrive so I figured it would be easier to install before I lower the car. Boy I tell you what: these things are great. Install time took about 5 hours but I am extremely meticulous when it comes to things looking as factory as possible so I took my time with this. Over all I would say it turned out excellent. I did screw them into the plastic as well as using alcohol and adhesion promoter on the plastics so I am not too concerned with them peeling off in the weather. (I live in Western WA so it rains like 65% of the year) I ran the control box off of a spare fuse slot in the factory fuse box off of a 10A fuse. Once I finished installing these things I was extremely impressed with the endless settings and possibilities that are available in the app. There are easily 150 different preset designs to choose from as well as the ability to change each section individually. My only real complaint is that the rear and right side run as "one" single strip and the front and left as well. If you want the lights to chase all the way around the car in one continuous loop it can't be done but it is still very cool. For the price you can't get anything better than this. The stripes themselves seem to be made of quality plastics and appear to be completely water tight. I'm not too concerned with water damage, especially the way I tucked the wiring into the frame. They came with a neat (and quality) key FOB controller that allows you to make various changes with just the remote. Best function is the power button so you can quickly turn them on and off with the remote rather than going into the app on your phone. It also holds memory so if you last had it set to a design from your phone then turn them off and on again with the remote it will return to what was last set. I'm very happy with the way it turned out and I may post more pictures after I lower the car for some better shots. If you are looking for some underglow with a ton of features that won't break the bank and you are capable of removing fender liners and side skirts to tuck wires really well, then this is the kit for you. I would say that someone with little to no experience could install this with a bit of patience as the only thing that really needs to be wired are the - and + wires from the control module to the battery though I would recommend buying a small fuse block for anything electrical just in case. You can get one at any part store for like $5-6. I went with a 10A fuse though that may be a bit more than necessary but it's there to protect my vehicles electrical system in case of any shorts that may occur. Loved it! It was bright, the Bluetooth worked from almost any looking distances(ps I would turn it on from inside the house before I got out to the car.), it was easy to use and wire. You have to lay it out and figure out the wiring before you tape anything on. It lasted almost a full 2 years. I've gotten snow recently and that ruined it I had them on in the snow but by the time I got home they stopped working. On the app it says the lights are on but none of the light are on physically. So going with a different brand now to see if they can with stand my weather conditions.

Quality light kit. Install was a breeze. A+++ will definitely recommend. The app is also really easy to navigate and set custom light modes. Very happy with purchase. Bluetooth connects quickly, various color options to select from the app, and comes with quality 3m adhesive tape pre-installed.

There are two pairs of light bars. Each set is 2 light bar units connected to each other. The sets are mirrored to each other. You can not independently control each light bar. You can only control 2 and then whatever you do is mirrored to the other 2. Mine must be defective because they do not mirror each other and light up at the same areas. What you see in these two pictures is a single segment lit up in the app, except what you get in reality is that in one picture lights on BOTH light bars in the same set are lit, while in the other picture at the same time, only lights on one bar are lit in that set, and the lights aren't lit at the same place on each. Why does this matter? Because where I live if you want under glow active while driving you can only have certain colors visible from certain sides of your vehicle. So to stay legal on the road I can only display white on front, amber on the sides, and red on the rear while the car is on public road ways. Also before I bought this I asked the Govee rep if each light strip was independently controlled and they said yes. That was not true. You get a mirrored set of light bars. So your fronts and rears will always match and your left and right will always match. You can turn on/off segments of a set BUT you're still limited by the fact that the sets are mirrored. The Govee rep should have just said "I don't know" and not wasted their time or mine. Now I have to return this.

Where do i start? I own some other Govee products, including some VERY expensive premium products of theirs like the TV DreamView immersive backlighting for my 75" TV, and 4 sets of the outside, permanently installed RGBIC lights for the house (talk about a lot of money). My backyard kitchen has Govee LED's and many other products in my home is thiers as well. Well govee - perhaps you should leave car EXTERIOR lighting to the professionals who specialize on car products. The inside fiber optic ligting that I have from you is decent, but not the best either. Anyway - back to this product - the adhesive stickers are a joke. common sense would tell anyone, if you want a permanent fixture - use the hard-wired installed mounting holders. Now talk about a joke! These things wouldnt hold a pencil under your car never mind these lights under a car that could be going 120+MPH Only on my AMG for 3 weeks now and the front lights have some burnt out led's that will only glow green. I am in a large car club, that tours, and my lights arent have as bright as others I see out there. So I am going to have to replace these. Probably with another brand, unless Govee steps up, given my past loyalty to them and does something about these cheap wannabe underglow lights. UPDATE: One of the reasons I have been local to Cover, they care about their customers satisfaction, and after reading my review, they took care of the issue. Thank you Gover

I tried to do it without cutting the wires but that was a horrible idea. It made it almost impossible to manage the cables and I ended up letting 2 spots kinda hang which was pretty dumb. So during the last bad snow storm the snow stuck to the wire and ripped it straight out of the strip. But the strips stayed on my car so hell yeah to that. I then tried to rewire it, i pulled back the clear cover and attempted to solder to the pads but the copper pads got ripped off with the wire. I then tried one last time to save it and solder to the pads farther up the strip I managed the wires and super glued it shut and that also did not work. BUT!! other then absolute bs I went through it was a solid product. It was bright had some cool patterns on the app and the adhesive was super strong. I probably will one day re buy this but I WILL cut the wires to length and better cable manage it.
