As someone who rarely goes outdoors I knew I needed to take a vitamin D supplement so I did a bit of research and came across this brand. I'm impressed by the quality of the ingredients and how easy it is to take. I'll have it with my breakfast or lunch, five drops on the spoon or knife and lick it off, they dissolve so no need to swallow. Yes, they can taste a little peppery but it's over in a second and for me leaves no aftertaste. Only downside is that they have to be kept refrigerated once opened so its difficult to take them away with me. As each one lasts 6 months I think this makes it really good value for money for such excellent top quality ingredients. I've just started my third one and will continue to purchase. Thank you!

It is a good supplement. It does not taste very good, however is very effective.

While I have taken supplemental Vitamin D3 for a number of years, primarily in the winter months for SAD, I became increasingly aware of the key role Vitamin D plays in supporting the immune system. My researches also indicated that it was important to have sufficient Vitamin K2 with D3 in order to regulate the deposition of calcium in the body. These drops combine the two in a carrier oil from cold pressed Nigella Sativa, also known as black seed or black cumin. They are easy to use, pleasant tasting and the best combination that I have seen. Highly recommended.

I am sure it is an excellent product yet the taste is horrible!
